Come and enjoy River Livin’, a great place to bring your bathing suits and fishing poles. This beautiful Pigeon Forge River cabin is only 1 mile off the parkway, and just 5 miles from Dollywood, and sits right on the little Pigeon River. There is a large deck area with an outdoor kitchen offering great views along with the sounds of the river and is also a good place to enjoy grilling and the 4-person hot tub. There is a patio table and chairs under the deck with led lights and a porch swing to better enjoy the river and wildlife. When entering the main level, you will be welcomed with large windows that offer all the river views one could ask for. The living room area offers a couch with a pull-out sofa sleeper with 2 recliners. Enjoy the gas fireplace with a 40-inch flat screen television. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms featuring a log king size and queen size bed with televisions and in-suite bathrooms. The loft area offers a game room with pool table, multi arcade video game, futon, and a flat screen television along with great views of the river. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen on the large, opened deck facing the river. Just when you think you have seen it all grab your marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate to create the perfect s’more on the riverside fire pit. I would recommend stocking the cabin with additional towels, washcloths, and dish towels, as the current supply was limited. I would also suggest placing a rug or mat at the front door. It rained during our stay, and there was nowhere to wipe our feet before coming inside. Unfortunately, my daughter slipped and fell on the floor because of this.Additionally, there was goose droppings all over the sidewalk leading to the cabin. I was also unable to locate any cleaning supplies inside the cabin. The only item available was a vacuum cleaner stored in a closet.

Quiet but accessible.

This is a beautiful property with river views. It is close to plenty of entertainment and you don't get any of the noise. This place is definitely worth a second or third stay.

Baseball Tournament

Great location! Off the main strip, but still close to everything. Cabin was as pictured. While it did sleep 7 of us as advertised, was slightly cramped. Also, bedding could use an upgrade. Overall, nice cabin, wonderful location, and view of the river off the deck was beautiful!

Comfortable cabin beautiful view

Really comfortable cabin with an excellent view for morning coffee or evening drink. Bathrooms and showers were decent sized. And the game room upstairs is nice bonus space. I had to pick up a couple of left over wrappers. And there were a few ants in the kitchen which the management team responded to promptly. Conveniently located near groceries and fuel plus everything to do at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. I’d stay here again.

Perfect small cabin spot

This was one of the best locations I’ve seen offered in the area! We loved the porch overlooking the water, yet still so close to the strip and Dollywood. Kid friendly property and neighborhood! Definitely want to come back!

Great weekend

We met up with another couple to have a weekend to visit with our dear friends. The cabin was quiet and enjoyable. We were able to relax, but also get into a few things easily because of the location of the cabin being close to stores and some attractions.

Amazing Experience!!!

My family and I had a great time at this cabin. Everything it was as described. The Cabin looks just like the pictures. Loved the fire pit and it was so close at all the main activities of Pigeon Forge. Greatly recommended.

River Livin' Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at River Livin'! Great location right on the river...we were able to float some, and have beautiful views from the deck and hot tub. The oy downfall is traffic noise, as apparently the main road is used for bypassing Parkway traffic...plus it was Jeep Invasion weekend! Otherwise great stay!!

First Vacation in Pigeon Forge

This was our first vacation in Pigeon Forge. We have 4 young boys, and this property was perfect for them. The Pool Table and mini-Arcade kept them entertained Whenever we were not outside. The river right off the back porch kept them busy the rest of the time. They even managed to catch a couple trout and smallmouth bass. I would highly recommend this cabin for young or even middle-aged children.

Fantastic water view.

Overall experience was nice. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have the washer/dryer. The game room in loft was great. Bedrooms are a little small as are the baths. If you are the guest sleeping on sofa bed you do have to go through either bedroom to get to bathroom. The outdoors space is the absolute best. Would go back again.

Perfect Vacation

Cabin and scenery were awesome. Easy access to location. (one way a little hilly the other not so hilly) Used the pool table and arcade day and night. The indoor fireplace was cozy. Used the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. Just about every night. Visited the Island. Walked Gatlinburg. Went skiing at Ober. Started snowing while skiing. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this. Ed
