Beautiful house in the exclusive Erinvale Golf Estate with stunning views, Somerset West
The house stands in Erinvale in a beautiful location, unobstructed view of fairway and nature reserve and some have sea and mountain views. Kitchen fully equipped with a breakfast bar and extra drinks fridge. Beautiful living room with unobstructed views, two-seater sofa to relax with extendable footboard, dining table for six people, master bedroom with double bed and bathroom, small bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Fly screens on a patio door in the living area and each on a window in the bedrooms. Nice large terrace with modern table and chairs and sun loungers. The terrace is partly roofed determined that uncovered side can be shaded by an awning. Air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. Forecourt with seating. Garage and laundry space. Golf cart can go fee for the lease are concerned.
