Fall and Winter Gracious Executive House. Completely renovated spacious home, water's edge. Amenities include Main House , 2 car garage- that is converted into a game room with Ping Pong, Pool, Foosball etc. 1.15 acres, Victorian boathouse deck with 5 boat slips and 2 moorings but lake may be frozen, , 155' lake frontage which makes this an extremely private property. This beautifully restored property has a full kitchen and screened porch. Beautiful Lake George view to watch the setting sun. Pets allowed. Near many ski mountains, and hiking trails. Lake George Winter Carnival is fun!.
