Great location

Great location and having the golf cart was a bonus. It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 5 and our dog. We would return and stay again.

Jennifer was not a good guest; she rented our golf cart for her child/under the age of 18. Disobeyed the rules of the house by allowing her pet in the pool area. SCDHEC could shut our business down if they saw the dog in pool area. When told this was not ok, guest stated " we thought it was meant for "IN" pool that the dog was not allowed." None of Jennifer's family rinsed off before they got in pool or hot tub. Our swing on our lower level was broken. Guest did not communicate with us. On a positive note, this guest did leave the inside of property relatively clean.

Veterans Annual Getaway

Amazing location

House and pool are really nice but the three minute walk to the beach was the biggest thing for my five and eleven yr old. I cant thank lisa and joe enough for everything, they are incredibly nice and always there if you need anything. I highly recommend staying here.

Great VRBO Rental

Such a great place to spend a week at the beach. Loved the spacious deck with morning shade. Owners were very accommodating with all our requests. Ready to go back already!

We enjoyed this super family. They left the unit very clean, communicated exceptionally well and most importantly appeared to enjoy the "family" vacation. Added bonus, they have a dog named "Captain" so do we!!! I truely hope we have the opportunity to have these guests back again in future and watch our babies Captain and Captain grow up together. Much needed getaway

The experience was excellent, the unit was great, great location, and Lisa and Jon were great with communication and answering any questions. My significant other and our daughter had an amazing time.

Winter Stay

Quick trip was a success! Home was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Would be really convenient in the summertime. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Joe and Lisa were awesome! Always quick to respond when we had a question. The pictures online do not do this home justice. The 3 of us (including our pup) really enjoyed our mini vacation here.

October in the sun

The owners were so sweet and accommodating. My daughter had a seizure while we were there and they checked on her and were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and loved that the beach was so close. We were also close to the outlets, restaurants, and other shopping.

Vacation 2024

We just returned from a week's stay. My husband and I and 4 children ages 21, 25, 14, 9. Everything we needed was there and a short walk to the beach. We had an small issue with one of the bathroom sinks, but after contacting them they came right out and fixed it. It was a great week!

Quick Jaunt to Great Beach Getaway!!

Such a beautiful home, location, and best hosts ever! Joe and Lisa are so kind and caring, we hope to stay in touch with them and visit again. Their home is about 2 blocks from beach access, we can see and smell the ocean from the deck. It is located in a laid-back neighborhood with no traffic pressure and very dog friendly. Tons of great restaurants within a short drive. A short drive to Myrtle Beach and all that action is easy. Can't wait to return!!

Wayne, Patti and Mojo were fabulous folks. We love getting to know our guests and were fortunate enough to get to know a little about this incredible couple. Patti shared the daily struggles Wayne is currently going through since being dx with cancer, we truly hope they were able to put all the pain in the corner and enjoy all that South Carolina beach's offer during their stay. Power of prayer is amazing, and we certainly hold Wayne in our prayers daily to overcome and beat the beast of Cancer. It was our pleasure to host Wayne,Patti and Mojo. Hope to see you all again. Awesome vacation house

Joe and lisa are wonderful people. Our week with our child and her friends for a graduation vacation was a great time. Very clean place. The pool and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day at the beach. Were from Pennsylvania and forgot some stuff and it was provided with the unit. Very convenient. Thank you joe and lisa, we will see you again.

Adam and his family are absolutely amazing. Adam and his beautiful spouse brought about 5 female high school graduates for a memorable vacation. We can't express how sweet, kind and loving this family was. So much love, made us feel so good to see such good people making great memories. Joe and Lisa enjoy the quiet beach life. Joe, an Alabama native and Lisa, a Pennsylvania native combine our two different backgrounds to create a common love for plants, herbs, home decor and beach, beach, beach. Around this property you will find a variety of herbs to use with your everyday cooking ie. parsley, chives, oregano, sage etc. We also have Citronella (mosquito plants) planted around property to eliminate concerns of bugs. There are always a beautiful display of seasonal plants, flowers for your viewing pleasure. It is our goal to provide the beautiful backdraft for a memorable vacation in an attempt to have you book with us again and again. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

We provide small details that others omit. This property is a tri-plex that has 2 units upstairs and one unit down. Each unit has its own private entrance and there are outside security cameras on the decks and parking areas for our guests' protection. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
