Walk out onto your large, private deck and you will love the sound and smell of the ocean.
Brand new 12x30 pool that can be heated at additional nightly cost and separate 6 person Hot tub, both are shared with 2 other smaller units at the property.
Golf cart option $80 night/$395 week minimum 3 nights
In addition you can have your toes in the sand after a quick 3 min walk via sidewalk.
Pet friendly with$159 pet fee
Come home take a quick outside shower to wash off “the beach” then relax in your fantastic grilling/chilling area with Hot Tub or on the raised private deck.
Your beautiful beach home is part of a tri-plex listing, this listing is the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom located upstairs on the right side of home with private entrance and deck that sleeps 8 in beds.
You may hear or encounter other guests at adjacent listings.
Tesla Supercharger located only 1 mile away.
Your 1470 sq ft unit comfortably sleeps 8.
NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

Joe and Lisa enjoy the quiet beach life. Joe, an Alabama native and Lisa, a Pennsylvania native combine our two different backgrounds to create a common love for plants, herbs, home decor and beach, beach, beach. Around this property you will find a variety of herbs to use with your everyday cooking ie. parsley, chives, oregano, sage etc. We also have Citronella (mosquito plants) planted around property to eliminate concerns of bugs. There are always a beautiful display of seasonal plants, flowers for your viewing pleasure. It is our goal to provide the beautiful backdraft for a memorable vacation in an attempt to have you book with us again and again. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

We provide small details that others omit. This property is a tri-plex that has 2 units upstairs and one unit down. Each unit has its own private entrance and there are outside security cameras on the decks and parking areas for our guests' protection. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
