S'il devait vendre et que les nouveaux propriétaires ne souhaitaient honorer aucune réservation, nous ferions tout notre possible pour trouver une autre maison. Si impossible, vous obtiendrez un remboursement complet.

Mais ne laissez pas cela vous arrêter, car l'Overlook représente le summum du luxe montagnard et il est plus que probable qu'un nouveau propriétaire voudra honorer toutes les réservations. Cette maison massif se trouve au pied du mont Crested Butte, perché au-dessus la ville avec des vues panoramiques sur la vallée en contrebas. L'emplacement cul-de-sac offre une expérience tout à fait privé et à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville et de la région de base. Avec pas moins de 5 ponts, un bain à remous extérieur privé, et 2 salles de séjour, cette maison est prête pour se divertir!

En entrant par la porte d'entrée, vous entrez dans la deuxième histoire et vos sens sont surmontés par les vues sur les montagnes de la grande, ouverte Great Room. Cet immense espace combine les zones cuisine gastronomique, vie, et salle à manger. 2 terrasses énormes (une avec un gril à gaz), les murs de fenêtres et une cheminée à bois font de ce lieu central de rassemblement dans la maison. Au large de la grande salle est un maître junior avec une salle de bain complète et terrasse privée. Poursuivant l'étage de la 3ème histoire est une zone loft / bureau donnant sur la grande salle qui comprend Wi-Fi, imprimante et fax, et un canapé causeuse.

En face de la mezzanine est la suite de maître. Cette belle 'refuge' a vues millions de dollars, une terrasse privée, une baignoire profonde et d'une douche à jets de vapeur ardoise! Revenez en bas au premier étage et de trouver 2 chambres supplémentaires, la salle des médias / second salon et un bain à remous en plein air. La première chambre est parfait pour le lieu de prédilection des enfants, offrant 2 coutume, lits superposés Aspen (4 lits au total). La chambre suivante est un ensemble confortable avec une reine et un lit de jour. Une belle salle de bains carrelée est partagée par les deux chambres.

La salle des médias contient un grand écran HD (SAT) TV, chaîne stéréo, table / carte de jeu, baby-foot et un canapé semi-circulaire en coupe. Ce film est centrale! À la fin de la salle une salle à manger / de boue de blanchisserie spacieux situé juste à côté du garage où une voiture 1 place (chauffée) maintient votre grillé de véhicule sur les soir��es froides d'hiver. Une longue allée et le parking supplémentaire par la porte d'entrée (2e niveau) offrent plus de suffisamment d'espace pour vos voitures et des jouets.

Ideal family retreat!!

Our family of 9, here for a wedding, had a grand time staying in this home. It’s very large, comfortable and has great amenities! The kitchen has everything one might need. There are many areas to relax, comfortable beds, games to play, a hot tub to soak in and nearby trails. We loved the location and views from the decks. the wildflowers were in bloom everywhere and even a nest with baby birds being raised!! We would all highly recommend it summer or winter.

Beautiful home

We are very happy with our stay. The house was spacious for our large family, clean and very comfortable. Close to the mountain and easily accessible. The house was fully stocked for anything you needed for cleaning, cooking and entertainment. However, the towels/linens could have been upgraded and the towels were were kind of smelly, old and dingy and most blankets were stained and very worn. Overall though a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again!

White Christmas

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here at Overlook. The views were stunning and so was the home. Well appointed throughout, especially the kitchen. Everything you could need while on vacation whether shushing down the slopes or enjoying views on the many decks or soaking in the hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and to have their alone time. Have several friends that have asked me about my stay and that want to duplicate our trip. Would highly recommend this property. Centrally located to ski and town. Thank you for a memorable White Christmas!!! :)

Awesome, place - great family ski trip

This house was perfect for our spring break family vacay - plenty of room for everybody (two adult couples plus 5 teenagers and one grandpa) - I noticed on the initial listing that the TVs in the house looked a bit out dated - was pleasantly surprised that all the TVs in the house were brand new flat screens - really fun for watching March Madness is the evenings as well as movie nights in the game room - only knock on this place is that it only has three full baths - made it a little tough with 11 people in the house - we still managed tho - house is big and lots of fun - hot tub was really great as well - would definitely come back

Our Family Christmas

After a tragic loss our family longed to be together over the Christmas holiday. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! A beautiful home with ample space for all of us, a warm welcome by cleaning staff and provisions made for our little one, 2 feet of snow!, a fantastic kitchen to create many of our favorite holiday meals, lots of room to play games and enjoy each other’s company! It was truly a memorable magical Christmas!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

The perfect size for a family vacation with multiple adults. The kitchen had all the required cooking equipment plus. Lots of towels, etc. However, the views where the best reason to stay here. Views from virtually every room of the house. Far enough from the neighbors but not so far that you felt isolated. A short car ride into Crested Butte. Wish I was still there!

This home was perfect for our large group's mountain biking trip. It's in a convenient but quiet location with a beautiful view. The space was comfortable and we enjoyed the well supplied kitchen for meals.

Large space, beautiful views!

A large group of friends stayed there for a long weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. The cost of the rental was reasonable for the additional amenities (hot tub, washer/dryer, gas grill), and the views from Mt. Crested Butte were gorgeous. It's relatively secluded even though it's no further away from the town than most other condos/lodging on the mountain, and offers a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the company of your favorite people. It does need new locks/door handles though ;-)

The oven in the property was not functioning correctly. It took forever to cook items we had prepared, and made funny noises when first turned on. In hindsight I probably should have called about this, but didn't realize that was the issue until our stay was almost over. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful

Great house, great views, well equipped and a quiet neighborhood

Nice king bed in the Master suite. Enjoyed the decks to eat and lounge on. The hot tub and Foosball table were a plus. I would stay again but the house had a few issues that renters need to be aware of... The main floor queen bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The outside doors to all decks off the great room did not lock. Mouse bait stations randomly placed throughout the house are too easy to access/touch by small kids. Neither of the pull out couches were suitable for adults so maybe the house should be rated as Sleeps 11.

Fabulous mountain home with a Perfect Location!!!

We have stayed at this home both in summer and winter. Perfect location to get to the ski lifts in less than 5 minutes and in the summer get on the upper loop right at the end of the driveway. We hiked to town, not strenuous but beautiful through the aspens. Crested Butte is a wonderful little Victorian town with great eats and wonderful summer culture. Too tired to hike back? Take the free townie bus back to the house! We enjoyed a free outdoor concert by the ski lifts. Hiking here is bountiful and beautiful. The house is great for family with different generations with a bedroom on the main floor. It is decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture. There is enough dishes and pots and pans to cook includes gas barbecue. The main area has an open kitchen, dining, and living room. You can send the children downstairs to the other family room with a large tv, fooze ball table and game table for some peace and quiet. Upstairs on one of the many decks the adults can enjoy a glass of wine and a wonderful view of the butte and look out to the town and other mountains. Everything in the house is up to date, clean and invites you to relax and enjoy a warm inviting home.
