Enjoy the Florida weather while dining on the private outdoor patio that gives you the feeling that you are away from it all while being in the middle of it all! Equipped with ALL NEW APPLIANCES and all the amenities you need, this house is your home away from home.
Walk to shops, restaurants, the cinema....just about everything you need is within easy walking distance. Enjoy everything downtown Sarasota has to offer and never have to drive to get there. This cozy home, built in 1929 has the historic charm with modern conveniences. One of Sarasota's favorite restaurants, Owens Fish Camp, is just three doors down. Lido Beach and St. Armand's circle are 3 miles, a short drive or a brisk power walk over the bridge. Come and enjoy your trip in paradise!!
