Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, Native Landing is a wonderful, family home located on a private side street conveniently off the main road. 
This amazing Lakefront makes for a serene lakefront experience. Enjoy the lovely lower deck which leads directly to the pebbly beach, or relax on the upper deck outside the master bedroom as the sun rises and sets.
Luxurious comforts throughout. The Native artwork lends to this home's warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. Enter into a beautifully designed foyer situated between the bedroom and man living area of the home. Head towards the lake and enjoy the gourmet kitchen, dining room, and oversized sectional in the open concept living room! Step out onto the expansive lakeside deck with outdoor seating in the summer, take a dip year round and warm up in the hot tub after.
Inside, enjoy the luxurious comforts of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, appointed with beautiful Tahoe decor and finishes.

Ideally situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, you are in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants and the public beaches. On a quiet street away from the main highway.
Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
