A wonderful way to get aw! The villa is wonderful and the location is excellent. A beautiful private beach and a wonderful restaurant to enjoy. Definitely will do this again.

My mom and I have stayed at the property multiple times for 4-5 days each stay. It is our ‘go to’ when visiting the area. The house is super clean and perfect for us. We will stay again!!

The property was ok, next door to the Eaton Beach restaurant. Cleanliness was lacking the shower curtain was black on the bottom, most likely because the tub doesn’t drain. Silverware was sparse and I had to go buy a nonstick pan as there wasn’t one. Also only 3 glasses. Three towels and two washcloths was all that was provided, we rented for 3 weeks. The location is good. The neighbors were nice. It’s more like upper Michigan cabin. Not quite the beach vibe I was looking for. All in all good family small beach. Peddle boats for rent next door. We felt safe here with the coded gate. Also no adult likes microfiber sheets. There were 2 extra pillows but only one pillowcase. We had to borrow 2 blankets from a relative that lives in the Villages as there weren’t blankets for the beds only a light coverlet. I should have called the host, maybe he would have fixed the plumbing, by the looks of the tub it has been an ongoing issue. The cleaning lady should have told him.

Perfect stay

My mother and I were looking for a quiet place to spend a spring break and we found it. A great cabin, lakeside with close restaurants and options for entertainment. We enjoyed the beach everyday and the peace and quiet. The cabin is comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely go again!

quiet and peaceful getaway.

We are seniors that were looking for a break from our winter weather of northern Michigan. On a whole the weather was great and the Villas was occupied with other seniors. The location was quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to all the amenities of a big city. Loved the stay.

We stayed because it is close to Grand Oaks Horse Park. The cabin is comfortable and clean!!! Host was very cooperative about extending check out due to horse show competition. Host is very kind and understanding.

This is a nice property in a neat location - steps from beautiful Lake Weir and a small beach and boat ramp. The nearby lakefront restaurant (Eaton’s Beach) is a good spot to eat and hangout. Very convenient to our destination, Grand Oaks equestrian center. Would definitely stay again!

Fun in the Sun

Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The cottages located very close to the lake walkable distance, as well as to the fabulous restaurant on the water restaurants close by within 3 miles. We were there to visit our parents so it was close by as well, and we could retreat back to our own little place. Would definitely go again.

We had a good visit to this property. It’s got a great location it’s quiet and there’s great food within walking distance. I would’ve liked a few more instructions on the check in and the check out process but we managed it just took some extra time.

Was a decent size.

It was superficially clean, but items in the kitchen for example were not clean. Towels were rock hard, and i couldnt use the coffee maker, it has visable rust and dirt. Kind of you get what you pay for. A place to sleep and the size is decent for 4 people for sure. But no frills and i felt kind of icky all the time because it didnt feel clean.
