The Master boasts a king bed, en-suite bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full beds, an en-suite and a walk-in closet. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room. Place was plenty big enough but did not have a laundry in the room or a half bath in the living area. View was awesome, even tho it’s on the bay side u can see the ocean from the living room window. Bedrooms were nice, and spacious. Pretty long walk to the beach tho and there are no trolleys, but u can drive over there and park in any open spot. The bay side pool was nice but hot tub was too hot to get into. The beach side pool was at the other end of the facility closer to the road and bayside.

I know the Key is still recovering from hurricane damage and all contractors are in high demand.Would definitely rent here again!

Third floor corner so no noise from other tenants though we did pick up street noise as we were closest to the street. Only other negative was not enough wash cloths. I think there were only two in each bathroom. Also we had to call maintenance as master toilet ran continuously. They were wonderful and responded immediately to replace mechanism. Had problems accessing wi-fi which they tended to immediately also. Nice resort. This was our third year at Palm Bay and we will be back in the summer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs a lot of updates. Both bedrooms look old and tired. Same with both bathrooms. Master bath door is chewed up at bottom and one side of trim. Kitchen appliances are old and ice maker did not work. I told someone in the office and they said they would have someone take care of it right away, but it never was fixed or anything else communicated to us about it. Living room is nice size, but need to replace area rugs and curtains (dirty and old). This unit is on 3rd floor right at front and street traffic is very noisy, especially during night.

The walk from the condo to the beach is a bit of a hike, but worth the walk as the sand is just beautiful. The property had several options to keep our High School boys busy.

We have stayed in many different units over the past decade. The units are owner owned and appointed. This unit has great space, incredible light and quality furniture in the main area. The kitchen is okay and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms could use to be updated and carpet removed. Bathrooms are in desperate need of a full makeover because they don't even look clean after they have been cleaned.

Did not realize when we booked our room that it was next to the street, a little loud late at night and early in the morning. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. My only complaint was that we stayed 8 nights and our room was never refreshed/cleaned as it said it would beef you stayed 8 nights. When I said something to the front office I was told that I was supposed to call to set it up, when I pointed out that the envelope we got when we checked in it said nothing about setting it up I was told oh sorry. She said do you need more tissues or toilet paper I said no towels and wash rags for dishes. That would be my only complaint that I was told that I failed to set it up and nowhere does it say that I needed to perhaps that should be added to the information when you check in. We did have cockroaches in the room but that is Florida I guess.
