Spectacular Siesta Key Beachfront Condo, Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club

Welcome to the beautiful Siesta Beach. Ranked the #2 beach in the U.S. and #9 best beach in the world in 2024 by TripAdvisors' Traveler's Choice Awards, you will quickly understand why when you feel the quartz-crystal powdery sand between your toes, and experience the soft waves and the abundance of sun & fun at the gorgeous Siesta Beach.

The spacious unit T0302 sits at the center of Siesta Key Beach. Our private beach area is steps away from the unit and is maintained daily by our staff of Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club.

The unit is approximately 1500 square feet and fully furnished. Linens, and towels are included. The living room has a 55' flat screen TV with a DVD & VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40' flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a 40' flat screen TV. Wireless internet service, high definition TV channels, and covered parking for two cars are complimentary.

Our Club features two heated pools, fitness center, three tennis courts, and four pickle courts. Beach chairs are complimentary. Beach cabana, canopies and umbrellas are available for rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pouring rain most of the stay, but when it wasn't, we were in both pools and the beach. Pools were great - heated and clean. Our room had everything- umbrellas, sand toys, books, puzzles, great TV options, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in this same room.

Klopfers in Siesta Key

When we disembarked from a Disney cruise we drove to Siesta Key. We were very comfortable in the condo and so close, (just a short walk) to the sand.We slept well and were pleased with the accommodations!

Lovely property! 30 second walk to a private beach, 2 pools and easy access to the main roads of the town. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths , especially with 2 teenagers. Might need a little TLC with paint but all in all a wonderful property which we would totally rent again.

First evening we had an issue with a clog in the shower and I emailed the owner and he had it fixed by the next morning.He was very responsive and was concerned about our happiness and if we needed anything else.It was a very nice condo and we liked the proximity to the beach and pool We really enjoyed our stay.Would stay here again.

Great home away from home!

Beautiful condo! We had everything we needed - close to the white,white sand, a few blocks away from the fun village area and plenty to do. Really one of the nicest VRBO listings we have stayed in and we have used VRBO all over the U.S.

Beautiful week at the beach

We had an amazing time at this unit and this is our second year coming here. When the microwave stopped working, we contacted Jim and within three hours the new unit was installed above the range and ready to go. Love this property and the calm, relaxed beach. We went July 7th through the 13th and there was hardly and crowd! We’ll be back again!

Hi! We are avid vacationers living in the Midwest. We love traveling and have been to more than 20 countries. We, however, had never visited Sarasota until 2011. We enjoyed our family vacation there so much that we decided to buy a beachfront condo in the beautiful Siesta Key.

We quickly narrowed our targets down to Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club because of its perfect location and great reputation. We were very lucky and thrilled to find our dream condo unit T302. The second unit from the beachfront on the third floor of the Tower Building, this unit offers every thing we could ask for. We look forward to many wonderful vacations at Siesta Key and hope you will enjoy yours here too!
