Please note that during the winter months, a 4x4 vehicle is required for travel throughout this area.
This luxurious home offers two stories of upscale, modern amenities along with rustic, mountain-themed decor.
Head up the stairs to the gorgeous living room with high, knotty pine ceilings, plush furniture, a warming gas fireplace, and sliding door access out to the furnished deck with its jaw-dropping view of the mountains, ski slopes, and lake.
Nearby, there's a dining table with seating for six and a deluxe, full kitchen with rich wood cabinets stocked with essential accessories and utensils plus a full array of appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. And when the sun is shining, fire up the gas grill outside and add a few barbecued specialties to your home-cooked menu.
The master suite is conveniently located behind the kitchen and has a log-frame, king-size bed. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower floor and include one room with a queen bed, a third room with a double bed, and a combination kids' room/game room with twin bunks. With four spacious bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, this home has plenty of space for up to eight lucky guests and is ideal for a large family gathering or a few couples traveling together.
When you're not out on the slopes or having fun on the lake, get online with ease thanks to the provided WiFi, keep up with your favorite shows on the three cable TVs, challenge each other to some foosball in the game room, or have a soak in the private hot tub out on the deck. And with the washer/dryer in the hall downstairs, you can start each day with fresh, clean clothes.
During the warmer months, Big Bear Lake is a prime destination for watersports, fishing, and lakeside picnics. Or head out on the many hiking and mountain biking trails that wind through the forests and mountains. And kids of all ages will enjoy a visit to the Big Bear Alpine Zoo and rehabilitation facility where you can see a variety of wild animals including bears, bobcats, eagles, and coyotes just a mile-and-a-half from your front door!
Note: Absolutely no pets in this property. Homeowners are highly allergic to pet dander. Homeowners have exterior security cameras and are very sensitive to over occupancy, too many cars, and pets in the home. These cameras are motion activated and on 24/7. Do not attempt to sneak a pet or too many people into this property.
The Driveway and Road leading to this property are very steep. During winter months, the driveway can be very difficult. 4x4 is required. Chains may also be required.
This home does have a hot tub available for your use, it is in the back yard area near the lower deck.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
