6 Deer Run Lane is better than the rest... completely updated, including hardwood and tiles floors, furnishings and a private pool. Located in the Baynard Cove / Heritage Woods neighborhood, it is a fantastic beach orientated house with beautiful landscaping, and direct access to the bike / walking path in Southern Sea Pines ! The recent remodeling and redecorating includes new high-end furnishings, beddings, electronics (LCD TVs), top quality cookware and most every amenity you can think of. The large patio / pool deck is in the fenced in rear yard along with a full size, new gas grill and abundant furniture and toys. Just behind the property is access to the famous Sea Pines bike paths so you are just steps away to pedaling or walking to the best beaches on the entire island, with South Beach Marina and Harbour Town within minutes without ever getting into a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines excellent golf courses.

The main living area contains sofas and seating with a view of the outside patio and pool. There is a 47' LCD TV with DVD, and lots of room to spread out. There is also a full bathroom / powder room just off the kitchen and entry foyer convenient to everyone. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new KING bed with a full bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom; and a third bedroom with 2 twins. Each bedroom has 32' LCD TVs. Additionally there is laundry room with space for drying wet items.

Cooking and eating in the kitchen and dining areas will be a pleasant experience. The kitchen is bright (skylight provides natural lite) and contains all necessary, quality appliances. There is plenty of space to prep foods on the stone counter tops. Small appliances, table service and cook ware are plentiful. The dininng table which seats 6 is orientated with views of the living room, kitchen and the rear pool / patio area. and you can seat another 2 - 4 at the kitchen table or island bar.

In the rear yard there is a smooth shaped pool and a very large pool deck. All weather exterior furniture and comfortable seating allow you to relax and even eat your meals outside if you would like. A new, large surface, gas grill is conveniently located, but out of the way, just off the rear patio can be fired up so you can bar-b-que your favorite fresh foods. The landscaped areas in the fenced in back yard provide absolute privacy while being only steps away from the Sea Pines bike path giving you convenient access to all Sea Pines has to offer. The front yard is also nicely landscaped and a long driveway plus a car port provides ample space for multiple cars. There is also an outside storage room where you will find sand and beach toys and can store bikes.

It is truly a home away from home, with every amenity you can ever want to lounge around and relax while at the same time being very convenient to all Sea Pines and Hilton Head has to offer. It gives you a choice: 'to do' or 'not to do', either way you will enjoy. GREAT HOUSE - GREAT LOCATION

Great friends for many years finally decided to share the island experiences we remembered growing up. While we currently live in the Midwest and Southeast, we have always loved our times at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island and now we have the opportunity to share it with our kids, friends and other families, meaning you. It is a Great House - Great Location, come stay for a week or two.

Hurricane and all...

We had a lovely stay at this home at the end of the summer of 2016. A very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated home. The owner was the kind enough to not kick us to the curb when we had to extend one day due to the coming hurricane. We fared well and the kids enjoyed seeing frogs in the pool. The location is very convenient to Harbour Town and the Stables. We rode bikes all over. Cooked many a meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

Great vacation home !!!

I really enjoyed staying in this house this winter. It has spacious bedrooms and a great kitchen. The home is quaint and cozy. It is located in a perfect location. The great bike path makes for a quick ride to both Harbour Town and the beach. The home is on a quiet street and the backyard is a best place for a quick dip in the pool or a nice glass of wine.

Great Stay

We had a great vacation in this Sea Pines home. The pool was a nice perk - our kids loved it. The home was quaint and cozy. The home and landscape was well maintained. Great bike path access right off the back of the home. We love to ride bikes and were able to ride to the beach and Harbour Town area. We also road horses through the preserve. The kids really liked that - their first horse ride. We plan to come back in the next year or two.

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head, and what a great place to stay on the island. Not only is the location central, but the house is gorgeous! The layout was perfect for our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were spacious, and the living room/dining room/kitchen area were perfect! I cooked most days, and the kitchen was just right. Although the pool was cold (we knew the heater wasn't working), our 2 kids still tried it out. Even though we didn't spend much time in the pool, we loved the patio around it. We read and ate out there while our dogs lounged. We thought that with the bike path right behind the house that privacy would be a concern, but were we wrong! The foliage was perfectly placed so we thought we were in our own oasis. I would strongly recommend staying here! What a great first experience on Hilton Head!

Great house & location

We just spent several days at 6 Deer Run and simply loved it. The location was smack between Harbor Town & South Beach, with a convenient bike path to get you to either. Not to mention a nice short bike or walk to the beach. House house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and rear yard were great too. We are coming back for sure.

Great Home in Sea Pines

What a special home for a week of rest an relaxation. If you want comfort then this is the place for you. It is perfectly located in Sea Pines next to the bike trail and a short walk to the beach. You don't even have to leave the house to have a wonderful experience. The home is so very beautiful and well appointed you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. It was very clean and well maintained. Traveled with 3 elderly family members and appreciated the one story layout. We just loved the pool area right outside the living room. Our dogs would sit by the pool, surrounded by the forrest and watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Good thing they were fenced in!!! Enjoying a glass of wine by the private pool was great anytime of the day. We filled the tiki lights by the pool and enjoyed watching the stars and listening to all the creature night sounds. Wish we could have extended our trip.

Matt was so easy to work and quick to answer any questions we had. Seriously consider this can't go wrong and you will be glad you did, We sure were.
