Family Friendly Condo- Walk to Main Street and Town Lift

Stay in the middle of it all! This cozy, family-friendly condo is walking distance to the Town Lift and Main Street. Situated on the main thoroughfare through Old Town, Park Avenue, the free bus line passes directly in front of the building with 2 bus stops less than one block away. Take the bus, with skis or mountain bikes, to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort.

After a day on the slopes, warm up in the cozy living room with gas fireplace, or relax in the private sauna. Then, make dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or walk to one of the many restaurants on Main Street.

Parking: 2 underground parking spots are available and included with this unit. No large SUVs or trucks please- the lower clearance does not allow for them. Small SUVs (Ford Edge, Subaru Outback) will fit nicely.

Laundry: in-unit washer and dryer

Ski Storage: unit-specific, ski storage closet in the underground parking garage

Sundance: walk out the front door to catch the Theater Loop shuttle, or simply walk to both the Egyptian Theater and the Library Theater.

What a great location for our family ski vacation at New Years! The condo was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Even though I didn’t use it, I noticed there was a crockpot so you could make a big meal and have it cook while you’re out all day. Close to Main Street and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The host was great sending detailed information ahead of time including specific suggestions to help me entertain my 1year old grandson while the rest of the family skied. The local library was great and just 2 blocks away! They even had a New Year’s Eve noontime celebration for kids! Our host was also quick to respond to any questions we had and allowed us a late check out so the baby could nap. We Highly Recommend!!

Great locarion

The location was incredible. You’re so close to the Town City lift along with many wonderful restaurants. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is we had people above our unit stomping around at 4:30 am every day. They were renters so there’s nothing our hosts could have done. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent location, great amenities, wonderful host!

Very pleased with this rental and Julia is an excellent host! Great unit, great location, we had a fantastic time. Loved the fireplace and sauna, super cozy. Julia thought of everything- left us a box of locally made cookies, hand warmers, bath products, soft towels! One note- we could hear the people in the condo above us moving quite a bit but it didn’t bother us much. A few recommendations (for future) given the cost of the unit would be a king bed in the master bedroom and upgraded bathrooms.

Great location

The location was fantastic- we could walk to lifts in 6 minutes and be skiing in 10. We had easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The 3 bedroom condo had all we needed for the week and more space for everyone to relax. The building has a hot tub and the unit has a sauna. Laura made it easy for us and the instructions and information she left for us were excellent.

Have Gone Back & Will Continue Going Back

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here with two different groups of people and everyone loves this property. Its location is unbeatable, the beds/sheets are very comfortable and the living space is extremely homey. Were looking forward to staying a third time next year.

Location Location Location

If you want to be walking distance to town/Main Street then this place is perfect. It’s also a short walk to the town lift which is incredibly convenient unless there isn’t enough snow to open the ski home trail in which case you can take the lift to the mountain but need to take the bus home. The place was very comfortable for my wife and I and 4 adult children. The unit itself is a little old and tired but I would stay here again for the location.

perfect location and getaway

Our host was great, she communicated very well with us and she was always just a phone call away. There is a hot tub at this location for use that isnt on the web site which was super nice in the cold snow. Everything was perfect. Very Homey feel while on vacation.

Perfect Ski Getaway House

This condo was perfect for our stay - everything from the seamless check-in, comfortable beds, amenities (sauna, good wifi, cable TV, toiletries, etc) to the location being a block from the town lift (Park City Resort) and next to the bus to go to Deer Valley. I can’t wait to book this property again.

Amazing property in the heart of Park City

This property was fantastic for our ski trip. I highly recommend this property and am considering booking again for next year. Why? Location, location, location!!! This location is fantastic with a short walk or 1 bus stop away from town lift to PC. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Let's not forget the amenities. Spacious living space with 3 BRs, fully functional sauna and hot tub, perfect for gathering with friends. Two parking spots to fit large cars (make sure NOT to have roof rack; we have to remove ours before entering garage; luckily the escalade fit no problem). The property manager is very responsive and courteous. We texted and called about minor things like parking and she clarified everything quickly 5-star property!

Perfect!

This was the perfect condo for our family ski vacation. We loved the quick walk and easy access to the Town lift as well as Main Street. We also made use of the excellent free shuttle bus system right across the street from the condo. The condo itself was spacious, well appointed, and very clean. We were also very grateful for the nice treats left for us upon our arrival - good coffee and sweets! We highly recommend this condo and hope to return!

Great Place, Great times

The location was perfect for our purposes and the space itself was just as nice as advertised. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and convenient…what more could you want. We’d definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Excellent!

Great, roomy condo! Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out for personal and family space. The washer and dryer was wonderful and the hot tub for the condo community was an awesome bonus - we had it to ourselves when we used it. The host is responsive and amazing to work with! Location is key!! Walking distance to Main Street with tons of shopping and restaurants and Park City Town Lift; and not too far from the Park City Mountain Lodge area. There was a TON of snow! We thoroughly enjoyed our winter wonderland vacay!! Thank you!

Great property and host!

We had an amazing time in Park City! This property was perfect for our family and was in a great location! Walking distance to Main Street and a very short bus ride to ski lifts. The property manager was very responsive and helpful- would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Perfect Spring Break!

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely stay here again! Highly Recommend. Everything was as described and pictured. Very clean and the sauna is a nice amenity too. Condo is ideal location to Main St (5min walk) and to Park City Mountain (10min walk). Owner, Laura, was so helpful and very responsive. Owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and even surprised us with sweet treats!

Great Ski Trip

Great Location and great accommodations

This is a perfect location. Only a 10 min walk to Park City main lift area and 5 min walk to Main Street. Great accommodations. Very clean and efficient. The sauna is a nice touch. Very welcoming hosts and had no issues. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect place for our family

The condo is in an amazing location just a short walk from the town lift, restaurants, shops, etc. It was perfect for our family of 6 with a ground floor locker for ski stuff, a great living space with gas fireplace we used all the time, a stocked kitchen and everything else we needed. Laura was a wonderful host. Would stay again anytime in Park City.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo is perfectly located just a 5 min walk from Town Lift and High West. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. The condo was clean and bright with lots of open space that easily fit 5 adults. Community hot tub was a nice bonus and because there are only 4 units in the building, we usually had it to ourselves. Definitely would stay here again!
