This villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the fourth floor, providing stunning views of the Beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Calibogue Sound. Guests can spot dolphins and shrimp boats from the beachfront living room, which is equipped with a 44" flat screen TV. The private balcony is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, with ample seating and an outdoor table that accommodates up to 6 people. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably, as well as a washer and dryer.

The Master Suite boasts a King-sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in glass shower. Guests also have private access to the oceanfront sitting balcony from their bedroom. The beachfront Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, a 39" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The unit balcony is shared by the living space and the guest bedroom occupants. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool with spacious decking, a poolside grilling area, and manicured grounds. A private beach path from the pool leads directly to the beach. The Beachside Tennis Villas are a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, which offers the ever-popular Salty Dog Cafe, as well as live family entertainment, three restaurants, and an assortment of water sports.

Guests of 1842 Beachside Tennis can also rent a bike and explore the miles of bike paths throughout the Sea Pines Resort, or take the free trolley (seasonal) to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the Harbour Town Marina, where they can climb to the top of the Candy Striped Lighthouse.

Please note that the property limits two vehicles and requires an access/parking pass. Smoking/vaping is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The pool measures 25' x 50' and is 3'-5' in depth.

Host was very good with communication. The view was absolutely perfect! Watched the dolphins and amazing sunset every day with zero obstructions! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Reviewer Comments: Great view, Great bedrooms with good beds and balcony,strongWi-Fi signal.Almost a private beach and a nice not crowded pool.Customer service was available every day but I had to leave a message and they would call me back.PROBLEM. was in the kitchen... No Salt or Pepper, pans were scratched Dirty and accumulated old food all around them. In General kitchen cookwares we’re not in good shape and need to get replaced.

We rented this house for a family of four (two adults and two young teens). It was perfect! The balconies are wonderful and provide amazing views. The entire complex was very quiet, a nice surprise. The elevators and beach path are conveniently close to this unit. We didn't know it was on a private beach which kept the crowds down. We saw dolphins and sharks! The interior was very clean. They have a vacuum and Swiffer for mid-stay clean up which is nice. No bugs! The kitchen is small but clean and nicely equipped. The dishes are super cute. We would definitely rent this unit again!

The condo was impeccably clean and the beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We love this location and will not stay anywhere else on the island. You are right on the beach and can walk over to the Salty Dog and South Beach area. There is a family of deer who live in the bushes between the water and the grassy area. We loved watching them from the balcony. 100% would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Great views and few minutes walk to the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and condo was clean.We would stay here again.

It is perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins, a short stroll down the beach allows great sunrise views.The interior was adequate and very clean, but could use some updating. The kitchen had basic supplies for cooking, but lacked many of the typical amenities found in rental units in Sea Pines.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect

The pictures do not do this condo justice. The views are just beautiful. The condo was very clean and everything was tastefully decorated. The beach is a 1 minute walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. You can walk to The Salty Dog, but must drive or bike to other areas. The only things I would have liked is some very basic pantry items like salt pepper etc spantry items, salt pepper etc.

Excellent weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was exactly as described and was very neat and clean. The beach is only steps away (as in, the beach access is directly next to the elevator when you come down - no walking half a mile through the condo complex just to get to the access point). The layout of the unit was perfect for 2 families, and the location was great. 15 minutes to various grocery stores and within 20 minutes of countless restaurants. The beach is also very private and quiet, which we loved. My only suggestions would be to (1) add fans in the bedrooms, (2) upgrade to smart TVs (when it rains or during other downtime, it would be nice to be able to log in to a streaming service, especially when you need to cater to kid-friendly entertainment), and (3) stock a few more essentials in the kitchen (salt and pepper, basic spices, and a couple of coffee pods would be a great “extra”) All in all, a great weekend, and we would definitely stay here again.

It is very clean, well equipped, and has the most beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound and the ocean. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are beautiful. The deer come to visit every morning and most of the time the dolphin are swimming in the sound. The South Beach area is just beautiful. We love walking to the Salty Dog Cafe for breakfast and their dinners are great too! I never want to leave.If the condo was pet friendly it would be perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. The online description was accurate, but didn’t do the views justice. From the moment you open the door, you see the ocean views, literally in your backyard. Open the four sets of sliding doors and hear the ocean or sit on the large balcony and enjoy your meals from the comfortable table and chairs. The property was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. The only negative I can come up with is that the knives and scissors in the kitchen are not very sharp. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact we will definitely be returning. The area of Sea Pines is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It’s a short walk to everything Salty Dog. The ice cream is delicious and dining outside on the water is a great casual experience. The food is great! I can’t say enough about this property and the area. We may have found the area we want to retire in.

Perfectly Appointed

This condo was a great home base for all that Sea Pines and South Beach has to offer! Clean, beautiful views and a short walk to everything you need. Note to purchase your own pantry basics at the Publix on the way into Sea Pines - sugar, coffee, olive oil, etc.

Vacation with spouse

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was amazing, we walked to the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning, the deer visited each morning and the view of the water was beautiful. The condo was very clean and well equipped.

It is in a great location if you are wanting to be in a quiet area of HHI and not have to fight for beach positioning. The pool area was nice to use after a day at the beach and there was no issues with parking either. We didn't realize there were 2 thermostats in the unit until our last night there so the second bedroom area was a little muggy as this thermostat was shut off which explained the mugginess. So just look for this upon arrival as we don't close doors and it was behind the spare bedrooms door. Otherwise, a perfect Villa, location and amenities and we cant wait to come back in the future to visit!
