Conveniently located in Sea Pines, two min walk to beach and easy access to Golfing in Sea Pines/Harbor Town. Bluff Villas is conveniently located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort. You will be within a few steps to all the conveniences of South Beach, including shops, restaurants like the Salty Dog, seasonal live music, seasonal happy hour boat tours of the sound (Salty Dog happy hour cruise), and the trolley service to other locations within Sea Pines Resort. Conveniently located to Calibogue Sound and the South Beach Marina Village. You can easily access rentals for kayaking, jet skis, paddle boards, and bikes. A short walk to the South Beach Pickleball and pool. Convenient first floor unit with large private patio with easy access to the beach! Pool fee included with rental, beach cart with chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels provided. (Saturday to Saturday rentals only) max capacity is “sleeps six”, minimum age of renter 34.

We have been renting villas for 45 years in Sea Pines. This is by far the highest quality unit we have seen, from furniture to appliances to all the little extras the Dazey’s provide. Cleanliness is always terrific. I highly recommend it.

Amazing accommodations!

Great location, great place

Really enjoyed our stay. With the condo being close to the bike path, a 4-minute walk to the beach, 2-minutes to a general store, restaurant, and marina, it was what we needed for a week to close out the summer. The owners have done a lot to make the stay really enjoyable, and they are great to communicate with too!

A pleasant renter, very clean and tidy. Neighbors never had a single complaint with this family of four with two children. The microwave broke prior to their stay and they were very understanding and allowed an on-site replacement during their stay. I would definitely rent to this family again.

This property was extremely clean, stocked, and had a great location. It was just minutes from South Beach, which was not overcrowded from our experience. It was also just a very short walk from the Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina which had entertainment, ice cream, and a little shopping. Our kids loved biking on the various trails in the Sea Pines area, which were nicely shaded from the sun, and searching for crabs on the beach.Communication with the host was extremely easy and very fast. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with everything needed to cook for the family. The beds were comfortable and entire place well maintained. It was a great place and location to rest in between adventures in the sun. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! We will definitely stay here again if we ever venture back to Hilton Head Island.

The Ideal Spot

Our recent vacation to Hilton Head Island was perfect. The condo was well-stocked, clean and very comfortable for my family. It felt like home for the week. It is close to the beach and is a quick walk even with young children. The property owners were responsive and helpful when I reached out to them. I would come back in the future.

Beautiful Condo

Loved this condo. It was decorated in a very nauticalI theme It is a ground floor unit with a lovely outdoor patio. The kitchen was well equipped.The furniture was comfortable. The beach was just a little walk. It is located right next to the Marinia with restaurants and shops. Sea Pines is a beautiful property. Well maintained.

Fall Golf Trip

This condo is excellent. My entire family stayed here in April. This time was my two sons and I. We golfed four times during the week. The condo is in a fantastic location, is nicely furnished and the host is friendly and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend staying with them on your next visit. We will again for sure. Steve D.

Perfect rental close to beach and marina

This rental was perfect for our family! The property was clean, well stocked, and had so many little extras—ziplock bags, beach and rain umbrellas, beach chairs, binoculars, flash lights, extra towels, etc. We appreciated all of the baskets around the condo—they were helpful for laundry and keeping track of everything we brought along with us. Great location with a quick walk to the beach and the south beach marina. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had before our stay and during our stay. Thanks again for a great week in HHI!

Excellent rental

This property was the perfect choice for our vacation. Highly recommend! It was convenient to the beach, pool, tennis, bike paths and marina shopping and restaurants. The owners thought of everything and included numerous amenities. The space was extremely clean, and owners were very responsive. Having extra beach and pool equipment, toys and kitchen extras was wonderful and made our stay so enjoyable. We also used and greatly appreciated the detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island. It was a wonderful condo. Thank you!

Just as it appears

This property was just like it appears! The owners thought of so many little details that were so helpful! Owners were easy to reach and answered right away. It was perfect for our family of four (including two teens 17 and 19). The location to beach was so convenient and the beach was so peaceful…not super crowded (and we were there at high traffic time). Condo was decorated perfectly for the beach and location was close to Salty Dog so great to get ice cream or sit and listen to music and have a drink. We hope to rent this place again!

Beautiful, well equipped villa with a perfect location!

My husband and I were blown away by this villa! Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, well organized and a wonderful location close to the beach and pool. We love going to The Salty Dog and it is a short walk across the parking lot (tip: get on the list early and then you can relax back at the villa while you wait!) Many rentals supply the VERY basics for guests like a roll of toilet paper and maybe some dishwasher soap. The owners of this property supply you with pretty much anything you could ever want or need for an extended stay. We went to Walmart before hand but honestly we really didn’t even need to thanks to the extra supplies on hand. Overall you will not be disappointed with this stay!!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

The condo is the most equipped place I’ve ever stayed. There’s extra items available for emergencies and enjoyment for your needs. The owner is attentive and helpful in every way. The condo is beautifully and professionally designed and decorated to make you forget about all your worries at home. There’s extra amenities that other sites don’t offer. The washer and dryer in the condo was important for me especially with swimming suits and towels. I personally don’t want to spend my vaca going down to some laundromat with quarters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make eating there easy and functional. We didn’t know we would enjoy the bike rental so much and should have gotten it for our entire stay(I will next time).The beach is across the street one way and the pool and the famous Salty Dog is the other way. The gated area of the community and the safety is important to me and we were in the Harbor Town bubble. We also had a golfer in our group and he got in some exciting rounds of golf.The trolley was next to the pool and that takes you all over the property. We met so many nice locals, weekenders and tourists like ourselves. We can see ourselves coming back soon and possibly retiring here. There’s so much activities we could have stayed another week!

I cannot fully express just how magical this vacation was—thanks in large part to this exceptional property, as well as the most gracious host.The location alone is unbeatable: just steps from a stunning beach and a beautifully renovated pool. But what truly sets this place apart is the home itself. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this space has been lovingly and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, big and small, has been considered and executed flawlessly.The home is immaculate, beautifully organized, and outfitted with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. While we usually aim to spend as much time outside as possible on beach vacations, this unit was so serene and inviting that we found ourselves wanting to enjoy every minute indoors as well.The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive in their communication. A helpful binder provided curated recommendations for everything from local coffee spots to excellent restaurants, making exploring the area a breeze.The bed in the primary bedroom was hands down one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and both showers felt like a spa experience. Beach gear—including chairs, umbrella, toys, and a super convenient wagon—made heading to the sand effortless.Having stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years, I can confidently say this is the nicest property I’ve ever had the privilege of booking. We will 110% be back. The pictures truly don’t do it justice—this place is paradise!

Wonderful Unit!

This unit was just wonderful. Well appointed from furnishings to the kitchen items. The unit was as depicted in the pictures. Very short walk to sound side beach and pool. The complex pool itself is a little rundown but the pool area was nice and the chairs were plenty and in good condition. The sound side beach has quieter waves but great dolphin spotting. We went to the Sea Pines Beach Club one day. Do yourself a favor and rent chairs and an umbrella there. Makes for a wonderful and easy day at the beach - I admit we preferred the Sea Pines Beach Club beach on the ocean side much more than the sound side beach near the unit. But that is our preference. The quiet sound side is great for littler kids but somewhat boring for a preteen with no waves to boogie board on. Taking the trolley from South Beach is a slow process as you have to switch trolleys at Sea Pines center. We ended up taking an Uber home after a great day at the beach. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone preferring a South Beach location. Hosts were fabulous and easy to deal with. Check in was a breeze. Just a great rental experience.

Thank you for your review. I do agree that the beach club is wonderful and completely a 5 star experience. Next time if you stay in South Beach, try the higher tide and you will find more waves, low tide is pretty calm but great for dolphin watching. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Lovely Sea Pines Condo with Perfect Location

Upon entry, the condo was clean and tastefully decorated. We noticed the attention to detail right away in the colors and thoughful layout of the living area. Very relaxing feel. Secondly, the location was perfect! Just turn left out the door and it’s a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Turn right out the door and it’s a short walk to the shops and Salty Dog Cafe. Across from there you will find the pool and bike rental area. The host recommended nearby restaurants for various seafood which really helped since there are so many places to dine. The host also gave us various bike routes and short cuts to help us navigate the island-very helpful as I get easily turned around! There were plenty of extras if needed such as snacks, coffee, beach towels, sunscreen. We managed to remember to bring most things except as I was showering, I realized I forgot my razor and found one in the emergency basket! Life saver for me that day. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept soundly. The master shower had a good blast of water pressure which is helpful for getting sand and suntan lotion off. Plenty of storage available in bedroom and bathroom for your personal belongings, as well. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your next vacation. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT in every way

Perfect in every way for our family of five! This condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and stocked with more amenities than you will ever need. The owners thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. I was so pleased with the kitchen and all it offers with plenty of quality cookware, cooking utensils, and even a good selection of containers for leftovers —it had everything I would need to cook a five-course meal! We loved the nautical theme throughout the condo. The private patio was a lovely place to enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the birds. The location is ideal. The beach was our favorite with being only a two-minute walk; it was never crowded and we loved seeing the dolphins every day. (Thank you for having beach towels and chairs for us to use.) Within walking distance were bike rentals and the tennis courts —both of which we enjoyed. And having the Salty Dog in close walking distance was great! We traveled in two vehicles and never had an issue with parking close to the condo. The outside property was well maintained and clean. We never heard the neighbors when we were inside the condo. We will definitely stay here again. My only regret is that we had to come home!

Convenience and location, walk to everything!
Trolley service runs throughout Sea Pines during peak season and limited schedule after peak season. Trolley takes you to Harbor town.

Nicely appointed with convenience of a first floor unit. Recently remodeled. Contact me if you wish to stay a few extra days, I may be able to accommodate outside of the Saturday to Saturday schedule.
