The Property

For beach days, we provide high-back beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, boogie boards, and toys — everything you need, ready to go.

Guest Access
You'll have the entire townhome to yourselves, plus full access to Poipu Kapili's resort amenities: the pool, tennis and pickleball courts, two grilling stations (gas and charcoal), and beautifully maintained grounds. Pick fresh herbs from the on-site garden for your Kauai-inspired meals, or unwind on your private lanai.

For beach outings, we provide four high-back beach chairs (no squatting required!) and an additional two lower chairs, two umbrellas, a large cooler, beach wagon and six beach towels.

Other Details to Note
Poipu Shopping Village is just a few hundred yards away, along with the Shops at Kukui'ula — both offering upscale boutiques, galleries, restaurants, a market, and a drugstore. The 5-star Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Resort & Spa is a short walk down the coast, with golf, yoga, and fitness facilities open to visitors.

Frommer's has called Poipu Kapili the premier resort condo complex on Kauai's South Shore, praising its relaxed atmosphere and impeccably kept grounds. With only 60 units on the property, it never feels crowded. Amenities include two tennis/pickleball courts, an on-site herb garden, and a staffed front office. The pool area has unobstructed ocean views, and between December and May you may spot whales breaching just offshore. Dolphins and sea turtles are visible year-round.
