About this property

New Modern Studio in Waikoloa Beach Resort- Close to White sand Beaches!

This studio has a separate entrance from the main house through a tropically planted courtyard. It is located in Waikoloa Beach Resort in a luxury subdivision known as Ainamalu. Waikoloa Beach resort has many amenities with beautiful white sand beaches nearby. The studio has a mini kitchen area perfect for breakfast or lunch. It does not have a stove but includes a, coffee maker, blender, toaster, teapot, MICROWAVE and bar-type REFRIGERATOR. Our guests love the outside shower area, and there is an inside shower as well.

The host is on-site for any quest needs. Your privacy is respected and you can be assured of serenity and privacy in such an upscale neighborhood. There is plenty of open parking space close to the studio.

The outdoor patio has very comfortable lounge chairs in a garden atmosphere. (new loungers not shown in the photos). You can even see some of the coastline. Nearby there is plenty of shopping and restaurants along with a luxury theater. You will love this location!
