Quiet, serene, close to beach and trolley, fun activities, family centered location and safe........Palm Tree Villas is your destination. We are a small secluded beautiful boutique beach resort in Holmes Beach. This property offers only 8 villas each with a private backyard. These villas range from studios to three bedrooms villas.
The Majestic, also known for years and years, as Villa 25, is a two bedroom one bath villa at the Palm Tree Villas Resort. This villa is recently new to VRBO, but not new at all...... We have been on Anna Maria Island for years and many more to come. We are a 5.0 on Trip Advisor and hope to be the same on VRBO. We love our kind, amazing, sweet guests. We are a 4.6 on Google Hotels also. Give us a try and you will love our serene, quite atmosphere, yet, close to many activities and the beach of course.
We have all the amenities you are searching for.... Proximity to the beach,many free island activities and a great villa!

Excellent for a family

We had a nice stay! The heated pool is actually warm enough to enjoy even in February, and the distance to the beach was a short walk & completely doable for even our 2 year old. The beds were comfy & the kitchen had what we needed. We did find some previous guests’ items under the beds, but the sheets and towels and surfaces were all clean.

Cute villa just a short walk to the beach. Quaint, with beautiful landscaping, wonderful pool area. Everything we needed for beach vacation!

quiet get-away on anna maria

condo is pretty nice, clean and well kept, property manager is very friendly. The designated parking spot was great because when you get back at the end of the day you don't have to worry about not having a place to leave your car. This place is not really near anything within walking distance except other residences.
