This fully updated spacious property has sleeping arrangements for 12 along with a Tiki Bar by the heated pool, large kitchen with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large second floor entertainment room with foosball, and a tv setup. The entertainment room also has a queen bed and pullout couch for larger groups. For beach accessories, there is a paddle board, surfboards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. Pets are welcome with approval. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds in them and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed and all bedrooms are ground level and very accessible. There is a large dining room table that seats 10. It also has an inground pool that is heated to 85 degrees year around. We provide cornhole boards and bags as well with a great throwing area behind the house if that's something you're into. Our normal check-in and checkout day is Saturday to Saturday. **Message if you are looking for more or less than a full week**
There is a free trolley service provided by the island that is always readily available and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island at almost any time of the day.

What I love about this property is the large size and open layout. Also the fact it is just 5 houses from the beach is awesome. The section of the beach right near the house is very nice, quiet and accessible. This property is great for all groups of people.
