The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers.
Please wash a load of beach towels before leaving. Usually, 5 beach towels per large load. Cleaning staff will dry and put away.
Safe travels home and keep Diamond Surf in mind for a return trip.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles and they must be parked in the driveway.
Guests must complete and return our rental agreement within 7 days of booking their reservation to finalize their stay.

We loved this property! The house is spacious, nicely decorated, clean, with an awesome well stocked kitchen. A quiet street on the north half of AMI. We have stayed a number of places between AMI and Siesta Key, but this was our favorite. The back yard with the pool, grill, pergola, furniture, and privacy is terrific. Even on a couple cooler days it was very usable and the pool was kept warm to enjoy all the time.It is a very short walk to the beach, and all the chairs, umbrellas...are available. The large church parking lot on the side and back is a nice place to shoot some baskets or some other recreation.

Everything was exactly as we expected! Great location, very short walk to the beach. All the beach supplies you would need. Pool was amazing! House was so nice, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier! We had groceries delivered from Walmart, but we also enjoyed eating local! Perfect place for us!Loved the location- quiet dead end street away from the bustle of the commercial areas of Anna Maria and Holmes beach yet walkable plus the free trolley stop at the end of the street Also loved short walk to the beach (although crossing gulf can be a challenge when traffic is heavy). And the beach by the house is less crowded than public access areas. Loved the cleanliness of the house, everything in working order and everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were in excellent working order and the back pack chairs were easy to carry and set up. Also loves the magnetic scrabble set on the wall. Loved the back yard. It was big, high privacy fence, nice heated pool and both sunny and shady areas to sit. Although the house is next to a church parking lot we did not hear any noise while sitting outside other than the traffic on gulf blvd. Didn’t love leaving but we will return next year.

Growing up in New Jersey, I enjoyed spending time at the 'Jersey Shore' with my friends and family. I believe this is one reason why I wanted to own a home near the beach. I'm an avid quilter, which occupies the majority of my time as my children are now grown.
