Beautifully decorated 3 bed, 2 bath, air conditioned condo on the beach!

Enjoy sunsets from the beautiful open concept living area with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling & 75” flat TV. Light & bright kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, Dacor premium appliances. Completely renovated throughout with high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, slider doors, custom shades, fresh paint & much more!

Flatscreen TVs in all 3 bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a great work area with a built-in desk. Full-size washer & dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh, hotel-grade linens. We welcome families with children and offer baby essentials such as a pack n play, baby gate, stroller & high chair! Propane grill on the balcony for BBQing.

One covered parking space and 1-car garage used for storing beach essentials. We provide bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, games such as corn hole & ladder ball, refrigerator, surfboards & boogie boards, wetsuits & children’s life jackets for our guests. Free parking along Pacific Street. No meters.

Large semi-private beach with access to the public beach below. Located in a well-maintained 4-unit building. Walk or bike to Oceanside's best restaurants, pier and harbor. Carlsbad is just a short 2.5 miles away

Oceanside

Views for days!!! We loved staying in this condo. So relaxing listening to the ocean waves. We used the bikes and boogie boards provided. Balcony could use an umbrella for day use but we still enjoyed sitting out there. One of the best vacations spots we’ve stayed at!

Million dollar view!

We had a great time staying in Oceanside. The condo is exactly as pictured but nothing could prepare you for the view in real life. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the view. If we are ever in Oceanside again, we will definitely stay again.

A dream come true with this ocean view!

This condo was amazing. Over looking the ocean with its own beach. It had every amenity needed for a wonderful family vacation! The owner was so helpful and caring!!

Beautiful Condo with A/C

We have stayed at many condos along the West Coast. One thing we run into is the fact that many homes that are oceanfront do NOT have air conditioning. My prayers have been answered..... a beautiful, clean, condo complete with anything you could ever need on vacation and it HAS AIR CONDITIONING!!! We enjoyed 8 nights here and truly enjoyed our stay. We saw dolphins, watched gorgeous sunsets and were entertained by the surfers and families on the beach - all from our oceanfront patio. We felt like we were on a cruise when it was high tide. The rental experience was easy and your host is always available if you have a question. We hope to return. :)

Wonderful Oceanside getaway spot.

We knew we needed this rental as soon as we saw the listing for it! Perfect location, spotless accommodations. It had everything we needed! And those sunsets- wow! The owners were great at communicating with us prior to our visit and gave us a ton of recommendations. Loved the private beach front and all of the views of the Pacific. Had plenty of space for the kids and adults!

Fabulous Getaway!

Was the perfect location! The private beach is incredible and the sound and view of the waves is unbeatable! Appreciate the great communication and the host for going above and beyond to ensure we had essentials for our toddler to be safe and sound in the condo.

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Stunning view of the ocean allows for gorgeous natural light, creating a lovely atmosphere. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly, overcast days. We really enjoyed our stay!

This beachside condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Leslie was a fantastic host, the location directly on the beach was wonderful, and the unit was spectacular, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. We were all very comfortable and would definitely return. Thanks!

Fantastic Location and Fabulous Condo

Spring break was a dream with this amazing condo. It was so well outfitted and cozy, it was hard to leave and go sightseeing. The owner was extremely considerate and walked us through the place to ensure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely look to stay again. Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this place, the hosts, and everything that encompasses what a vacation rental should be. Bring your bathing suits. That’s it. Everything else you could possibly need is available for you…and a beautiful condo to boot! Have your cameras ready for a daily morning visit from the dolphins, they seem to like to hang out with the surfers.

Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Leslie is a gracious hostess. She really tries to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The property is beautiful. Views are stunning. Would highly recommend and will likely return.

Great beach condo

You cannot get much closer to the ocean than this, and if you sleep on the beach side in the primary bedroom, you'll fall asleep and awake to the sound of the surf. We loved the location and the condo was well appointed. We stayed in the winter, and enjoyed the cozy fireplace, and the bright space. Unlike most VRBOs we've been to, the host likes to give a little tour of the place and give some tips on how to operate things.

Ocean Stay

This condo is right on the ocean. The view from the living space is incredible- the pictures don’t do it justice! We used the screen door and the sound of the waves was amazing- such a treat. The kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough towels and linens. The space was clean, light, and bright. The host was friendly and communicative and the downstairs neighbors are delightful. Our family of five had a great time and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Leslie!

New Years Weekend in O’Side

We loved this place. Very spacious for five adults and light and airy with a million dollar view. The photos are accurate. Very well stocked and appointed. In better weather we would have hung out on the beach more, used the bikes, etc., but as it was we took long walks everyday along the strand, on the beach, into town, etc. beautiful even in cloudy weather. We’d love to come back!

Delightful escape

Our family of five had a blast. Condo was as beautiful as pictured. Ideal set up with two other bedrooms toward the back of the condo and master towards the front-husband and I could stay up late and not bother the kids. Location on the beach was just the best-the waves are loud and I slept like a rock listening to them. Saw dolphins and surfers as others have mentioned. Leslie was very helpful without being intrusive. Highly recommend!

Magical Beach Paradise

This home could not have been a more perfect escape for us. The location is absolutely incredible- we walked to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The private beach and the lower beach at low tide were absolutely perfect. Listening to the waves and sleeping with the doors open made for fantastic sleeping. We went in early May and the weather was right around 70, and we spent quite a few evenings with the fire on with the breeze coming through... sincerely difficult to describe how perfect this place is. The hosts are fantastic with communication and very helpful- I truly could not find one flaw with our whole trip. We can't wait to book our next 8 night stay here!

Fantastic location and amazing house

Right on the ocean with amazing views. Private balcony and common beach area with access to ocean. House was amazing - better than the photos! Lots of bikes and play stuff available in garage. Easy off street parking. Neighborhood very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and Oceanside beach. Leslie, the host, was also amazing! She met us and walked through entire house explaining everything. She even texted recommendations for restaurants and sun things to do in the area. Awesome person! Overall, an amazing vacation, house and location!!
