This beautiful home is just seconds away from the sand and offers seaside elegance, convenience, and safety. As a mom of four and an interior designer, the owner made every effort to bring serenity and functionality into the decor. She also created a desirable kitchen for the nights you wish to stay in and grill, which is located on the private balcony. If cooking isn't what you envision for a vacation, there are plenty of fun restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance. Kids getting antsy for some beach time? There are plenty of beach toys, towels and boogie boards. Parents can keep a watchful eye on them from the balcony. It is the perfect vacation - From the front door, your feet will get sandy in 30 seconds!

Our FIFTH year at this beachfront property.

Our three generation (222) group has stayed here five times and will be back again. Location is among the best on The Strip and is a short walk to the harbor or downtown. The owner is easy to communicate with quick to respond, if needed.

This property is perfect for a nice get away! House is fully stocked with everything you need. It is close to great restaurants, shops, and activities! The views from the balcony are beautiful, and the host is amazing! Book it!

Great Condo and Location

This condo was great and we have already booked again for next year. The location is only steps from the beach which is the best part. If you are looking for a beach condo - this is definitely one to book.

Relaxing week at the beach!☀️☀️

Amazing place to stay on the beach. The location is perfect-we could walk everywhere. The restaurants were excellent. The property was clean and very, very nice just as described. Loved it!!!

The perfect beach stay EVER. The location to the beach, pier, harbor etc is PERFECT. We had our own courtyard with a locket gate so our littles couldn’t escape, we had a dreamy deck to watch the waves and the sunset and we all had plenty of space! We also loved grilling at sunset while watching a movie. Such a kid friendly space. We will definitely rent again!!

Wonderful rental

We had a great time in Oceanside. Well stocked rental, beautiful area. Great communication with owners which was really appreciated. Suited us well travelling as a family plus grandma. We will return!

Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely stay. Mindy was great to work with and she was quick to respond to our questions. The condo was located right across from the beach (small one way road to cross). It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were in our own home. It was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Mindy, we had a fun time!

This is the second time that my wife and I stayed at the property and being across the street from the ocean is fantastic. Every night we had dinner on the balcony looking out at ocean and beautiful sunsets. In fact, we have already booked it for next year. The host Mindy is wonderful to work with.

Very clean and unique property. Very homey. Comfortable beds. Any concerns we had were attended to immediately. Right on the beach. Great views from patio. Very centrally located to food access, beach activities and golf courses. Would definitely stay here again. The property owner was delightful to work with.

Great First Time Experience with VRBO

Our family of 6 (four kids between 16 and 7) could not have been happier with our week in Oceanside. The weather was perfect for beach time. You are literally steps away from a great day at the beach, and if you forgot something or need another cold one for the cooler simply turn around and 30 seconds later you are home. As others have said the location of this condo is on a less crowded stretch of beach about halfway between the pier and harbor, but a short walk to either location for restaurants, shops, etc. The owner provided various beach toys, beach chairs, and a shade umbrella along with a couple of skateboards and a scooter which the kids all enjoyed. The actual condo has a well equipped kitchen, nice entertainment equipment, comfy beds, updated bathrooms and was very clean when we arrived. Our favorite part was spending time on the patio enjoying great views of the Pacific Ocean anytime we wanted! Mindy is a great owner who always responded to emails quickly, checked in with us during our stay, and provided us with a very nice welcome basket upon arrival. First class all the way. In summary awesome location, comfortable condo with wonderful ocean front views, and a very professional owner.

Fabulous condo on the beach

We arrived (hubs,myself and two teenage boys - 19 & 14) and were pleasantly surprised that the online pictures did not do justice to how lovely this condo is. The amenities are plentiful (beach gear including boogie boards) to game systems and movies for those evenings you're exhausted from too much sun. The kitchen is well stocked & the parking is secure. My Favourite thing to do was to sit on the balcony, drink margaritas & catch some rays.. The boys enjoyed throwing their football around on the beach. We truly enjoyed walks on the pier, up to the Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream 2 blocks) & we were fortunate to get to watch the IronMan race from our balcony after we arrived. Bicycle rental is only 2 blocks away and restaurants are very close too dependent on what you are looking to eat. The relaxing sound of the waves is pervasive as soon as you open a window. We are already plotting our return. The VRBO owner left a wonderful welcome sign & basket of goodies & was available for any issues (we had a toilet that didn't want to flush & it was fixed posthaste). I highly recommend this condo on the beach. Worth every penny. Only caveat.. The bedrooms are on walkin level & kitchen, balcony etc is upstairs .. There are also stairs from the underground garage.. This is not a place for folks who have impaired mobility.

Die Lage war perfekt, nur über die ruhige Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben alles notwendige vorgefunden, so dass wir eigentlich nichts hätten an Küchenausstattung oder sonstigen mitbringen müssen. Mindy hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn es irgendein Problem gab. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal an die kalifornische Küste fahren.

A Wonderful Stay!

Mindy’s spacious condo on the north end of the Strand in Oceanside was the perfect location, easy beach access, downtown shops and restaurants (highly recommend Craft Coast Beer & Tacos!) all walkable, and the views from the deck were amazing - from people-watching, breathtaking sunset views, or just relaxing listening to the waves of the Pacific Ocean, this place has it all! The condo was very clean, secure, and we loved that each ample sized, comfy/cozy bedroom had its own full bathroom, with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) in the storage units in the garage, which was secure and convenient to access.Pre-arrival communications were excellent, and Mindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Both check-in and out instructions were clear and helpful. We stayed a week (not long enough!) and this was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced and will definitely be back!

Unbeatable location

We had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. The 2 secure parking spots was a bonus. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The deck was a tad small for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect. The home is showing its age so don't expect sparkling new but would recommend this rental any time.

Lovely spot right on the beach

This is was our favorite place we've stayed in Oceanside. Mindy was very responsive to a few hiccups that arised while we were there. We would definitely come back!
