The home was very clean, and the inside was as pictured. It was easy to find with lots of parking. The location is convenient to several springs and not too far from the west coast of Florida for some beach options. It is also an easy walk to several restaurants and shops. If you have a golf cart, there are golf cart paths everywhere.The host has a big selection of DVDs, and also has a few games and puzzles available. The kitchen was well stocked with nice stainless steel pans, utensils, lots of glass drinkware for whatever you are drinking, and even some plastic storage containers for leftovers.We weren't there long enough to need to do laundry, but the washer and dryer looked recently updated.Check-in was easy, however when the host had texted me with the door code a few days previous to arrival, I was unclear of who he was and disregarded the text as a scam. But a quick phone call upon arrival cleared everything up.I did feel like it looked in the pictures and was described as a 'park-like wooded setting'. While there were plenty of trees, and my son enjoyed his hammock, I was surprised to have neighbors so close and in easy view. We were expecting something that feels a bit more remote and private.One final note was that sound travels easily throughout the whole place. You will need to be very comfortable with your whole party and decide on similar quiet times.Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend others to stay here after sharing the above notes.
