Location near Breck downtown was just perfect. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We had a great time and will stay again next time we're in town!

Great location, right in town.

We were able to book this place at the last minute. It is so close to town that you can walk pretty much anywhere. The kids loved the hot tub. There is a fenced backyard which is convenient if you have pets or kids with you. Food deliveries are quick to this location as well. This is an older home so if you are looking for newer amenities you won't find them here, but it is perfect for those who want to come ski and then go to town later. The owner's are really nice.

Great location with plenty of room for our family.

The house has lots of space which was great for our family of 9 adults. The location is close to everything and the view of the mountains from the front window is incredible. We would definately rent the property again.

Great location in Breckenridge

This was perfect. It's one thing to have great access to skiing - and then another to have great access to the town. This property provided both. It was truly an easy walk to the gondola which takes you to the awesome slopes of Breck. In terms of the town, we were literally a block away from everything. It was just fantastic.

As for the property itself, it was great for a reasonably priced place. Had an awesome jacuzzi outside, tons of beds, and an awesome spot in the basement where we watched March Madness. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

What must also be mentioned is the phenomenal service provided by the owner, Cheryl. She was incredibly responsive to me contacting her numerous times, and was very helpful giving us ideas of what to do in town.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Truly, I highly recommend this place.

Perfect mountain vacation!!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space for iur group of 9, could have fit a few more comfortably if needed. The views were beautiful. The dog loved sitting at the front window watching the people & we all loved looking at the view of the mountains. The location was perfect we walked everywhere since it is just a block from main. Our favorite vacation ever!

Awesome Stay

Awesome home, plenty of space even if you have several couples or a large family, close enough to main street or the gondola to walk to everything but far enough away to seem secluded. Nice large hot tub out back with a small yard to lounge in. Very well supplied kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/plates/glassware etc....Also the owners were very responsive to all of my questions and very friendly.

We would definitely consider staying at this home again and I highly recommend it to anyone else.
