This Breckenridge vacation home is IN the town of Breckenridge only one block off Main Street. Close to shops and great restaurants. It is perfect for groups who like to sleep in and ski later or would like to take a day off to shop. Breckenridge has one of the finest ski resorts in Colorado. IN TOWN, one block off MAIN ST so you can walk everywhere. Very close to both new gondola, shopping, restaurants, ski shuttle, horse and carriage drive past our house each day. Super comfortable.

Everything You Could Want in a Vacation Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cheryl's home. From the start, she was very accommodating and the entire process was a breeze. We loved being so close to Downtown and the slopes! We would definitely stay here again and it accommodated everyone in our group perfectly.

Fantastic in-town location and comfortable for a large easy-going family.

We rented this house for a casual Rocky Mountain Christmas and it did not disappoint. Given the short walking distance to the Gondola and Main Street we barely used our cars. The well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy and there was enough space for 3 generations of family members (6 adults, 2 kids) to spread out. There was also plenty of room for all our ski gear and parking for 3 large cars despite the snow piled up next to the driveway by the plows. We particularly appreciated that we were able to bring our two mini Aussies with us instead of having to board them over the holidays. Cheryl was very forthcoming about a plumbing issue that occurred prior to our check-in date, but worked quickly to get it resolved and everything was ready to go by the time we arrived. Even though it didn't end up affecting our visit, I appreciated her candor and communication so we would know what to expect - and it still exceeded expectations.

Excellent Location!

Great place! Plenty of room for everyone and a perfect location, we could walk to anything!

The only thing that was a but weird was having the back door walk directly through what felt like the master bedroom. A privacy wall and separate door would be a great addition for that room. Can't wait to come back!

perfect location, charm

House in the perfect location:2-3 blocks from gondola, 1-2 blocks from main street and Breck shopping. Best part of Breck vs Vail or other ski resorts is that Breck was a real town before skiing became a thing and this house reflects that. Charming, well stocked. If you want the floors perfect, the windows perfect, fancy marble countertops, modern floor plan, look elsewhere. this house has been there a while and has character. It is kept clean and amenities came as billed. tavern next door if you choose to imbibe there (I didn't). The hot tub is great, grill works fine. Downstairs foosball and sitting area is nice. Drawbacks: it's not designed to store/dry ski gear. no garage. only 2 bathrooms (two teenage girls can really spend a lot of time in the bathroom). However, for a larger party (we had 10), there is more common space than most any place i've stayed. It does have parking in the driveway--three cars comfortably. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Did I mention it has the most spectacular view of the ski slope from the picture window in the sitting area? Owner very personable and responsive to questions/emails. Great to work with and i'm appreciative of her sharing her home with me for a week.

tons of fun

went on a "guy's weekend" ski trip and the house couldn't have been better. Its in an absolutely killer location with very short walks to anywhere you would want to go. We rented two cars with big plans and the cars did not move once the whole time we were there.. Location Location Location!! Home is older, but was spotless and cozy and had everyting you need and nothing you don't.. good stuff and Cheryl was great to deal with! A+++
