The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is by 11am.    All dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and push start   Place dirty towels, sheets and pillowcases in laundry basket.  Leave blankets & mattress pads on beds  
Remove all personal belongings Put trash in bin on side of cabin   Turn off lights & TVs before you leave and make sure doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
TRASH and LITTER–All trash must be BAGGED and placed in the TRASH Bins made available at the property. Do not leave out for animals
Do not leave campfires unattended. Neighborhood quiet time is from 11 pm to 7am. No hunting or shooting of firearms or fire works on resort.
Pets are only allowed that are registered through booking. Resort has a strict leash law and heavy fines are imposed by the resort for any violations

The cabin was great! The hosts were very communicative before, during, and after our trip. There was so much to do both on and off the property. We worked out each day at the rec center, hiked, rode horses, shopped in two local towns, and utilized the jacuzzi and the fire pit. We highly recommend this cabin…. And the sunsets truly are amazing!!!!

Had a great stay! Nice accommodations, fireplace, hot tub, fire pit. Worked out well with our two dogs. We were able to block off the rear deck with one of the corn hole boards. The only negative is how far into the subdivision the home is. It took us over 10 minutes to get out of the subdivision. Other than that, it was great.
