So close to all the activities and in a great mountain neighborhood at the same time!
This 2 bedroom Gatlinburg cabin is nestled away from the busy roads yet less than 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. And oh so close to the National Park. Enjoy the tranquility of nature while sitting on the deck breathing in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. During the winter you can cuddle up next to the fireplace to stay warm while watching your favorite movie. Unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, open year round. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your home cooked creation or with such ideal location you can go out on the town for a great dinner. Come enjoy all this cabin has to offer!

- Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present even inside the cabin. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the national park can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these types of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you.
- Bears are dangerous
- THE FIREPLACE IS SHUT DOWN FROM APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 1.
- The hot tub is a great place to relax. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No late check out. If you depart late there will be a $75 charge.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- Please purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that may keep you from being able to come or stay the entirety of your trip.

- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided
- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (except for the fireplace and the charcoal grill). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Nice Cabin!

We stayed at this cabin for 4 days. The cabin was clean and very nice. Deck was private and beds were comfortable. The owners consistently reach out making sure everything is going ok and checking if you need anything. That was very much appreciated! You won’t regret renting this cabin!

Beautiful, clean, close to everything but quiet!

The cabin is super nice - well appointed, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located! You truly are 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, and can also get to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville without having to drive through the main strip. Yet you’re not in the thick of the chaos - the street is quiet and when you go on the back deck you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! And I will say again that everything was clean and high quality. I did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. Communication with the hosts was awesome, they even recommended a beautiful hike (Laurel Falls) when I asked. I would 100% stay here again!

Great stay

Really enjoyed ourself. The cabin is fabulous for a small family or two couples... The hot tub was by far my favorite.... It's only a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg... If you're looking to get away and want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg, or pigeon forge. This is an idea situation ... only 2 small negatives would be that the cable kind of stinks, as far as operating it.. I would suggest they go from a roku Stick to a roku soundbar it's much more reliable... The master bedroom mattress is terrible unless you like really soft beds that sink..... That mattress would keep me from renting it again.. I would suggest they get a rock hard mattress And put a 3 to 4 inch mattress topper On it, which is a fabulous way to approach it. It gives you a soft bed that doesn't sink.... I hate saying anything negative because it really is a well put together set up and we very much enjoyed it...thanks

Four Days in the Smokies

A delightful property private and quiet yet very close to area activities. Cabin is beautiful and the rear deck with hot tub was a daily must do Very enjoyable and peaceful.

We love visiting the Smokies and we believe that you will too. The cabin is close to town and the National Park and located in a quiet neighborhood of 7 cabins. A great place to stay.
