The condo met the description and expectations. Having access to the pool was nice. My one single complaint is the host not responding in a timely manner, but other than that the stay was smooth sailing!

The room was as described, clean and simple. The room didn’t have a plunger, and when I requested one the first evening, they said someone would be around immediately to help. They weren’t, the on-site property manager was off for 2 days & wasn’t actually notified. I ended up driving 30 mins away to a Walmart at 9:30pm for a plunger so I could have use of my bathroom.

Quiet Getaway Holmes Beach

Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee.

The location is really great and pool area was very nice. The unit itself could use a little tlc. We stayed for four nights so it worked fine for the two of us. The walls could use some paint and the bathroom itself could use a remodel. There was a shelf falling off the wall and it just needed a refresh. The water pressure was weak but it worked.

The unit was clean,but the outside needs alot of work. The pool grounds need to be clean up and the outside area need a lot of upgrades. Unit 14 was clean but also need improvements, one of the TV did not work and the view was not that pleasant. Close to the beach and shops. The pool area really need to be clean daily and the grounds. Nice place but just need some upgrades.

The room itself was super cute and super clean. It also stayed nice and cool. However the location of the room wasn’t the best as it is right up against a rental house. Our last night was pretty rough…partiers came in next door with their dogs and had us up until 4:30am. Luckily the first two nights were quiet. The bathroom door does not close easily, you have to slam it. Also, the code to get in the room was 9 digits and that was a bit cumbersome. The pool was HOT..no chillers. And one of the remotes was missing a battery. That being said, for the price we paid we still had a decent stay.

The place was very clean and comfy, however the pool area was a bit dirty and the pool needs some tender loving care. They had nice pool towels available. The bathroom in our room was very clean, however the shower did not drain properly. Halfway through the shower you are standing in ankle deep water. The shower head is about six feet tall so it is a challenge for a tall person to enjoy the shower. The bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way closed. We didn’t use the kitchen. We went out for our meals. We ate at the Waterfront Restaurant for lunch and dinner, all our meals there were scrumptious. The beach is a little under a ten minute walk and worth it. The sun rise at the pier is gorgeous also worth walking to. We thought it would be $200.00 for the night, but when we paid all the fees it was $525.00 for one night which in my opinion this place is not worth $525.00 for the night. Don’t book it through VRBO save the money and book it with Vacasa.

Perfect for a quick getaway. About 1/2 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the beach. Could walk to all kinds of excellent restaurants and loved the free trolly around the island. Our condo was about the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and everything was just as advertised.

Fourth of July stay at Sunrise Garden

Location was great! Grounds were well maintained. There were some let downs inside the unit - the shower did not drain whatsoever, the AC filter looked as though it had never been changed, and there was a mosquito infestation (we killed no less than 50 inside during our 2 day stay).
