Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental on Anna Maria Island, Florida! This charming and inviting retreat is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. Step inside and you'll find a beautifully furnished living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Relaxing and meals can be enjoyed in the dinning and seating area. One great feature of this property is the location! The soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico beaches are only a very short distance away.

The bedroom features a king sized bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen-sized air mattress available for you or additional guest. The modern style bathroom is elegant in every way including an open shower tiled from the floor to the ceiling with a detachable shower head.

Our vacation rental is just a short walk away from the stunning white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles with your loved ones. We enjoyed our stay and the location to the beach—very walkable distance. The unit was very clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. Bed was very large and comfortable. It was not equipped with a stove, microwave, or dishwasher as stated. This wasn’t a problem for us, as we didn’t cook meals at the cottage. I would recommend this rental to friends and would stay again!!

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable. Very close to the free trolley stop and beach access. Cozy and comfortable for a couple.

Needed Getaway

The cottage was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great for most our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. Just a couple minor suggestions and this cottage would be exceptional. I thought it could use few hooks by the shower and sink for towels. While there were an abundance of linnens,which is nice but it left little room for storage of clothes and personal items in the drawers. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again.

Cozy place to stay near the beach

It was a friendly old Florida rental area in Bradenton Beach, less than a mile from Bridge Street town center. We also drove over to Holmes Beach and Anna Maria, as well as convenient shopping trips into Bradenton. The Shuttle stop is nearby for busier times. We loved the Anna Maria Beach Cafe and found ourselves there several times. The unit was as advertised with comfortable beds, excellent shower, small kitchen and some cooking items (limited) and the obligatory saggy vacation rental couch. Lots of people walking, riding bikes and out visiting with their new neighbors gave it the feel of down home. . The only concern was there was NO smoke alarm in the unit. No one came to fix it despite an e-mail and telephone conversation.

Basic

We had a great time and liked the cleanliness of the property. However, the ad for this property misrepresented it in our opinion. The twin beds were not suited to be pushed together due to headboards/footboards, there is not outdoor seating area (patio/porch) the tv speaker was junk, outlet in bathroom did not work which made getting ready a challenge. There was a gap under the door that leads to other unit. So any noise was completely unfiltered. You could hear them open a pop. Their kitchen backed up to our bedroom so the scents of anything they cooked overtook the unit. Thankfully the people staying in other unit were quiet and great neighbors, otherwise it could have made for a very unpleasant week. We made due with these challenges and had a great time but would not stay here again. Loved the area and location just not the unit as it is currently set up.

This is a great property for a couple. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was about a 3 block walk. We enjoyed walking the beach to breakfast every morning and viewing beautiful sunsets. The area was quiet. The unit has limited cooking facilities, but we were fine with that! A washer and dryer is available if needed. If you are okay with walking to the beach this is an excellent option.
