We had a great stay. Nice accommodations suitable for our needs. Clean. Modern. Close to Santa Maria Island and the beach! Found a couple of great restaurants close by. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonably priced.

Amenities, the couch needs to be replaced painful to sit on, the gas grill did not work, warm water never got hot, a pancake griddle is not a 2 burner hot plate. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the outside area was a plus.

The property was perfect for us. We visited familh over Christmas week and there is a great privacy backyard area and screened in sunroom. I had 2 dogs and it was great for them as well. There is a small beach area at the end of the block and Santa Maria Island is about 6 miles away. Great location and great food nearby

My husband and I stayed 5 nights and there is nothing bad I have to say. From the hospitality, to the location, to the prompt response of the owners was amazing. We were within 5 to 10 minutes from Cortez and coquina beach without the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and downtown. We were very impressed!!

Mini Vacation

Property was very clean and just what we needed for a quick getaway to visit friends. Property owner was quick to respond and we had check in info a couple of days before. Very close to beaches, restaurants and the island.

Fantastic Little Spot

Fantastic little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. Just a 8 minute drive to the beach and incredible food options all over! Would definitely recommend this spot and the smash burger joint was incredible!
