Overall it’s a good spot and clean place to stay. A quick drive to the island and back. Just wish there was a grill so there is something to cook on. 10/10 recommend staying if you need a place close to the island for cheap

This was such the perfect space for our honeymoon getaway! We loved being so close to the beach and a few great Cortez staples. We even accidentally locked ourselves out and Hazel was responsive within minutes! Recommend 100%

We an very enjoyable stay at our Cortez VRBO. The accomodations were small, but very nicely appointed, with a cleanliness and attention to detail that was impressive. The location is very attractive, with lovely beaches within easy driving distance.

Great location with no traffic gps shows 5mins ‘car ride’ from Bradenton beach. Close to everything store, restaurants. The property was very clean. The host was very responsive we had an issue with the door blind, I sent Hazel a message and she came right away. There is a dog next dog that started barking as soon as we got there but it was no biggie ‘we love dogs’ & he only barked a few times. Highly recommend.
