***update*** The condo was updated on 5/5/24. This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat and other water activity rentals are within a short walk or drive but not on property. There is a free island trolly that can take you around the island.

Within the condo: the studio portion; a queen bed with a pullout couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Basic cable and free wifi included.

For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.
