Open, bright, single level home with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Spacious, comfortable great room with reclining furniture and a cozy area rug. Dining room table with a large leather bench for big group meals or game nights! Well equipped, modern kitchen with eat-in bar and large island. Breakfast nook with high top table. 60" TV in room off of kitchen with couch, extra seating/storage/trays. Primary bedroom has King size bed, wall mounted tv & blu ray player, huge walk in closet and features ensuite bath with huge custom shower featuring dual shower heads (one rain head & one hand held) & built in bench. 18" Queen Airbed with headboard & internal pump available for extra charge. Graco Pack & Play (mattress pad & sheet provided) available for an extra charge. Second King bedroom is down the hall & has a comfy accent chair & a large closet with built in shelving. The other 2 bedrooms both feature 2 Twin XL beds & large closets with built in shelving. The second full bath has a Tuscan inspired tub surround & sink.
The back yard features abundant seating, a high top fire pit table with swivel chairs & the sparkling pool & spa of your dreams!
***Pool only reaches swimmable temps late March through late October. Spa is propane heated (at time of use) and is available all year.

We were visiting for a baseball tournament at the Mariners/Padres Peoria Sports Complex and the house was so close and perfect for our stay! The pool and putting green added extra benefits for downtime and there was plenty of room for our family to sleep. Also helpful to have onsite wash/dryer for dirty baseball clothes! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday with our family! There was plenty to entertain us: putting green, spa, and a chest FULL of games and puzzles that we put to use. The neighborhood was great! We walked to the nearby park and played football and then walked around looking at the house lights that many had already had up. Our host was amazing and was very quick to answer ALL questions we had. Peoria is a nice part of town with plenty to do and shopping very close.

The home was exactly what we needed, for a last minute trip for unforeseen family circumstances. While visiting AZ for funeral, we were able to still enjoy our time and have some fun too. Our kids LOVED the pool and all the amenities of the home. It was perfect for us to all have our own space, but still enough room to come together as a family. Hosts were responsive and very helpful

We love Arizona! Beautiful year round! So many fun things to do. We bought this home because we wanted a place to get away with our family & friends. We decided to open it up to VRBO guests because we want to share it with others who need a fun spot to visit.
Most everything is new in 2020 & was bought with vacation travel in mind. We have tried to make a welcoming place for people to gather & enjoy Arizona & all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to this property because it has been well maintained & is a central location for all of the activities we enjoy. The Peoria Sports Complex is 7 minutes away & the P83 Entertainment area around it, is full of dining options, entertainment & shopping. Westgate Entertainment District, Top Golf & Gila Arena are 15 minutes away. The salt water pool & spa with water feature are a dream come true for our family. We love water & enjoy playing in the pool, relaxing in the spa & the soothing sounds & vision of the 3 fountain water feature.

What makes this property unique

Great layout with lots of spots for gathering & enjoying time together. Puzzles, games & movies are provided. Big dining room table with leather bench perfect for eating or game nights. Skylights offer lots of natural light. Huge walk in master shower. Salt water pool feels like a spa treatment! Full length covered patio with fans & lighting. Ample seating inside & out.
