The hosts were the best! Answered all my questions and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We were hoping for a nice house but it was beyond our expectations! The only thing I’d suggest is to get rid of the bunk bed and put a full in there; put 2 twins in one of the other bigger rooms and it would have been perfect! We love that house and hope to come back to it in the future!

Loved the house! It was clean, close to everything and nice. We were there for a baseball tournament and was perfect for us and four 17 year olds! Loved the golf putting green. I really liked two living rooms so kids watched movies in o e and adults hung out in the other. Really great house.

Great property that was perfect for our family of six. Very clean, spacious, nice pool, and location was convenient for all of our needs. The host Wes was friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Surprise.

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving reunion stay here. We all felt like ‘home’ and relaxed and comfortable. Communication with the owner could not have been better! He was helpful and responsive and now feels like a friend.

This was a nice house and really liked two bedrooms with their own bathroom. It is conveniently located about a mile from the Surprise Tennis & Racket Complex which was great since we’re there for USTA Nationals. Everything was very clean and functioning properly. The property owner was exceptional at communication and very generous with our check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Golf trip to Phoenix

Very comfortable house in a tidy and safe neighborhood. We cooked quite a bit while there, so enjoyed a well equipped kitchen. Barbecue was a bit old and rickety, but it worked. Pool was very nice after hot rounds of golf. Would stay there again!!

Comforts of home!!

Really enjoyed our stay, the property was in great condition, beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great location...close to stores and restaurants. Communication with owners was awesome, they are really responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect for multiple day stay in surprise

This house is so big and spacious, so clean, so well appointed, very comfortable beds, everything g you need. The pool water was too chilly for us at this time of year but the putting green was so much fun. It’s location is perfect for a stay in Surprise and for an early morning walk. I would stay here again for sure. Owners were wonderful to work with.
