Isolation phonique défaillante, dommage !

comme indiqué plus haut , tout était bien ou pas mal, mais gâché par une isolation phonique totalement défaillante, pour ne pas dire inexistante entre les deux appartements mitoyens. Dommage car le reste est pas mal.
