Location is all you get

The view from your balcony and access to the beach are the only reasons to stay in the condo. When you open the door you will be greeted with an overwhelming smell of bleach that seems to try to disguise another unidentifiable odor. The furniture is old, worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher and oven and there is no place (other than the stove top) to dry your dishes. The beds were decently comfortable. There was black mold in the bathroom. Don't be fooled by the lobby photo, the photographer did an amazing job of disguising what it actually looks like. Also, the Dunkin Donuts is gutted and closed. The one ice machine in the lobby was broken our entire stay. The need to bring your dirty towels to the lobby to exchange for clean towels was an inconvenience. Definitely will not stay here again.

Great views from 18th floor . Floor dirty. Check in is the problem, you go thru VRBO but then surprise someone else is asking for too much information that should not be a concern since going thru VRBO. Thy want too much information that most people are not comfortable sending thru email.

We lOVED the balcony. The weather was sunny but chilly and we were still able to enjoy the sun on the balcony- felt much warmer than the actual temperature. The furniture, however, was less than desirable. Beds uncomfortable, living room furniture was uncomfortable and stained. The room was clean.

BLACK MOLD all over lvg rm and balcony

Don't risk your family what they show is not what you get we tried to be nice when black mold was all over the living room and balcony contacted vacasa and hotel they did nothing for pur whole 5 days. I am currently working with our Dr's and Attorney as both my daughter and I have heart issues. They took our 1200 and left us to get sick and I have videos and photos showing first day and before check out time and date stamped to show they did nothing. Please for your health and family don't stay at this place.

Good oceanfront stay

Our unit was very clean in spite of showing a few signs of wear that need attention, especially painting. The staff was always friendly in spite of being extremely busy due to the all-over worker shortage. We would have gladly kept the floor swept if a broom and dustpan had been included with the unit. We would stay here again.

No sheets or blankets for the foldout couch despite the fact that our reservation reflected our need for 3 beds. Only 2 towels and wash cloths in the room reserved for 5 people. Room keys had to be replaced. Only one swim towel per person for a 3 day stay. Only 2 packs of coffee. We were required to make multiple visits to the front desk to retrieve items that should have been in the room because no one was available to bring them to the room. AC unit did not cool well. Roaches spotted in several places throughout the resort.
