Great location!

Janessa was great. The place was very clean and fairly close to all of the places we wanted to visit! Right next to the tennis courts and pool was a nice touch! We will definitely consider staying here next time we come to the area!!

The place was amazing. I wasn’t papered to make our own beds, I would definitely stay again even if it was just a small thing we had to do. Janessa was a great host. I had an issue and it was handled well. This issue was out of all of our hands.it was fixed.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Winter Hideaway

Condo located in quiet friendly neighborhood and is 11 miles from the beach. It is comfortable and clean and the screened-in porch and outside patio with gas grill are a bonus.

This is the place to stay!

This townhouse is well appointed, nicely updated and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long while. Close to the tennis courts and the pool, which was great! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Janessa, for being a wonderful and attentive host.

Great spot in Little River

Fun in the Sun was a lovely townhouse. It was very welcoming and nicely decorated. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. Janessa was wonderful to work with.

A well needed vacation !

We had a great stay at Janessa's place. We like the location, being out of the downtown Myrtle Beach area but yet we are minutes away from everything. So many fantastic restaurants to visit. Spent the month exploring the area and just relaxing. Her house is very comfortable. It's nice having so many bathrooms for each bedroom. And her kitchen is well stocked for the cooks. Her house is a great choice !

Perfect in every way

This is a great location if visiting the Myrtle Beach area. Centrally located for quick easy access to beaches, shopping and sightseeing. Working with the host (Janessa) was flawless. Very responsive, clear communication and extremely pleasant. The townhouse was exactly what was pictured with all the amenities you can think of. Even down to the beach chairs and charcoal for the grill. Great location if you want to access the pool or tennis courts. Our stay was a 10 out of 10

Nice place to stay!

We had a great visit to North Myrtle Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and right next to the pool and tennis court. We always had two parking spots right in front. About a 10 minute drive to the beach. The townhome is actually much bigger than the pictures portrayed. Lots of space for bigger families. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Unlike some other rentals the cabinets have spices, flour, oil etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here . Safe neighborhood ,which is very important because the houses are right close to each other . Not much personal outside space but there is a tennis court and swimming pool right beside you that the community shares . Everything was well kept ... washer and dryer and large bedrooms with their own bathrooms were nice. It is pet friendly , so theres traces of dogs around .... the beds and bathrooms seemed clean and the kitchen had a nice amount of cooking supplies . We spent a lot of time on the outside patio and enjoyed watching nature at thr pond out back .

Great for multiple families

The floor plan is great for multiple families. We had 2 families of 4 upstairs each with their own bathroom. The grandparents stayed in the downstairs master suite. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. We were a little disappointed that the only coffee maker was a Keurig, so we had to buy a normal coffee maker. The pool was very nice and just a short walk from the unit. The beach access was about a 6-8 min drive. The Vereen gardens had amazing trails and peaceful scenery. We had a wonderful trip and would consider staying here again.

Nice location

Great proximity to the beach and we were happy to have the pool next to us. Was disappointed that the king size bed was broken. I let the owner know upon arrival and while I was able to correct the issue for a night. It continued to be a problem and I received no follow up until I had to contact her again as the bed was nearly ready to fall apart with us in it. I was notified that the issue would be corrected once we left. This did me no good as I did not quite get what I paid for and did not receive compensation for my trouble.

Hi Mark, I am sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. When you messaged me the day you arrived to say you slid your suitcase underneath the bed and noticed the small box spring support post in the middle of the bed was broken, you had kindly agreed to fix it. I didn’t follow up because I assumed you had taken care of the fix. My apologies for not following up. We like to pride ourselves on superior communication and response time. We did not receive any additional messages from you until the day prior to your departure. At that time, you sent a picture of several broken box spring support posts. At that time, it was determined the best way to properly repair the bed was to replace the bed frame and box spring support. This could not have been done in less than a days time. In the late afternoon of the same day and after contacting the local stores, I messaged you to explain I wasn’t going to be able to replace this until the following day and I apologized to you that it couldn’t be done sooner. I am sorry if you felt this issue was deserving of compensation which you did not receive. However, we I stayed at the townhouse before you came, slept in the same bed you did and the bed was not broken when we left and would have been sure to fix it if it was. We did not charge you for the repairs/replacement to the bed which were a result of what seemed to have been something that happened to the bed during your stay.
