Newly Constructed Modern Farmhouse on Paw Paw Lake

Located on the thousand acre Paw Paw Lake, our new construction custom six bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation rental has a number of amenities for everyone in the family to enjoy while living lake life. The property boasts a 100 foot dock, a large yard for family games, a hot tub, gas grill, multiple private decks overlooking the lake, a fire pit and lake toys for use.
The house is 4 levels. The first level is a walk-out basement that is the prime movie and sports watching room in the house with an 85" flat-screen TV and a massive sectional. In the winter time you'll stay cozy down there with the radiant heated floors. It also includes one of the five full bathrooms, an exercise room, a laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryer, extra table seating at the bar table and an extra refrigerator/freezer for additional beverages.
The main level is an open concept living, dining and kitchen featuring a large, fully stocked chef's kitchen with a 36" Wolf Range, a 9' island that seats 5, a dining table that seats 10, a gas fireplace, a powder room and one of two Master Suites. There is a balcony off of this level that has stairs for easy lake access. It also has outdoor dining for 8 and some seating to relax and take in the views.
The 2nd level is the bedroom level with 2 beautiful lake-facing king size bedrooms, one of which is the second Master Suite. The 2 lake-facing bedrooms share a huge balcony that is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a book. The 2nd floor also includes another full bathroom, a bunk room that sleeps 4 and a queen bedroom.
The Attic floor features a billiards room with an additional gaming area (with Sony PlayStation included) for kids, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom and 2 twin daybeds. There is also some "office space" with 2 desks and a wi-fi printer.
There is so much to do and see in the area. From local fests and farmers markets to St. Joseph Silver Beach and shopping 15 minutes away. Local restaurants and bars and breweries and wineries all within 10 minutes. Paw Paw Lake has a golf course and there are several more in the area. There is a large children's park nearby just off exit 39 on your way to Paw Paw Lake as well as fishing charters, canoe/kayak and boat rentals nearby. During the winter months there are several nearby ski resorts. There is a sled hill in Watervilet and several snowmobile trails in the SW Michigan area.
