Welcome to Chapter 2

Create some magic memories in a slice of “Old Florida”. Relax outside in the heated saltwater pool or in the shade of an oversized Tiki Hut with ceiling fan. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is the perfect beach escape! The ground level property makes for easy access for the entire family.

Chapter 2 has undergone a full renovation including new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and paint. The property has all updated kitchen appliances and an onsite washer and dryer. The open living and dining area creates the perfect space to relax in the evenings for a family meal or to watch a movie or the big game!

The property has 3 bedrooms: Queen bedroom, Queen bedroom, and 2 twins’ bedroom. In addition, both sofas have a pull-out bed with upgraded mattresses, one queen and one full-sized. Very short walk to the beach. Free Trolley stops right across the street going north, and one block over going south.

PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great Stay

This house and pool area was amazing!! The tiki provided a cool place to stay when you needed a break from the sun. We enjoyed the pool all day and even into the night with the cool lighting!

Property was amazing

The property was amazing. The pool was really nice and the tiki hut was huge and nice to sit under. The house was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The inside was very spacious for our family. We loved it. Will definitely be back at this property again.

Enjoyed our stay. One of the twin beds was broke and being held up by a rock. Could have used more shower towels,fans in bedrooms would have been nice we bought a fan for each room and left them for next guests. We loved the pool and tiki hut. Close to the beach.

Short walk to peaceful beach

Clean and fresh 3 bedroom. A short walk to a quiet, gorgeous white sand beach. Proximity to Palm Dr is convenient but healthy walk to shops, and makes for a bit of traffic noise in the bedrooms. Not enough to wake us though. We had a blast with the board games on rainy evenings. We would stay there again.

Great stay

Enjoyed the house being clean with lots of space for everyone. It was great having pool area right outside the door. Enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut to escape the sun when necessary. Just a 2 block walk to beach access either 73rd or 75th Street off of Gulf Dr. The Northbound trolley stop was directly across the street and the Southbound stop was located between the two beach accesses. The kitchen had all your required needs coffee pot, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, etc. If you are spending a descent amount of time there you might need to buy additional supplies above the provided 2 rolls of tp, 1 roll paper towl, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 laundry soap, 2 regular size garbage bags. There are no basic seasonings in the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful time!!!

Amazing family house!

We loved this property. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a great set up for my 20 month old and 3 year old. The beach was a convenient and quick walk. My only complaint is that the beds were rather uncomfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch for most of our stay. But we would absolutely stay here again.

Unbelievable NOISE

Palm street which is on one side of the house is busy with noisy trucks from 7:30 until late night. We have 3 of the Quiet Machine or White Noise machine and they did not even touch the loudness of the road. Do not stay here unless you are nearly deaf.
