Beautiful gulf view from the balcony

Easy access to the quiet beach. April weather was perfect. Nice location, beautiful view from the balcony. First time on the gulf. Enjoyed looking for sea shells and visit to Fort Morgan.

Family getaway

Unit needs a deep cleaning. Furniture needs deep cleaning. Sheets didn’t fit beds properly. Beds were soft and comfortable. Had plenty of towels. Beautiful views. Easy and short access to the beach. Covered patio at the pool was wonderful for older parents. Location and parking were excellent.

Family Spring Break

Excellent location, out of the business but an easy 2 min drive to Hangout and Boardwalk. Very clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Easy check in and parking. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Wish we could have opened the bedroom windows, we propped the door instead to hear the ocean. Use the carts located in the swimming “hallway” for unpacking and packing. So much easier than multiple trips.

Sisters weekend

Clean condo with nice furnishings . Beds comfortable and new linens. Short distance to beach . . Had a great time . .Rental agent office not easy to find . And was like talking to the GREAT OZ to get the 2nd parking pass after getting settled. .

Highly recommend, will stay again

My friend and I brought our kids here for spring break. The unit was perfect for my party, which consisted of two teenagers, a 6 year old, and two adults. The beach was easily accessible from the unit which is probably what I cared about and appreciated the most. I had a slight issue with the code to access the fitness room on the first day, but the property manager was highly responsive and resolved it very quickly for me over an email or two. I look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. Highly recommend.

Tropical Winds 303

We really enjoy red our trip to Gulf Shores and our stay at Tropical Winds! It was a nice size building, not too big and crowded. It was just steps from the beach. Our condo (303) was nice and fit our needs perfect for our family of 5. If I had to complain at all it would be that the drains in the bathrooms drain very slow both in the tubs and sinks. Water builds up as you shower which is annoying but just a minor inconvenience. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking with Gulfsands again!

Affordable Spring Break Getaway

An affordable place to go for spring break. Negative: The unit was not ready at 4 pm. When we arrived after 4 pm, the cleaning lady was still there cleaning. She was done within 10-15 minutes. The elevator was down for one day. Many of the dishes needed cleaning. They had been put away dirty. We did call housekeeping back to re-mop the floors, and we thought they would finish before your check-in time, but unfortunately, they didn’t. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll work on ensuring that doesn’t happen in the future. Regarding the fridge issue, we wanted to clarify that there had been a previous leak, and we were proactively checking with all recent guests to ensure there were no further issues. We realize the follow-up call might have seemed out of the ordinary, and we’re sorry for any confusion. After inspection, we found it was just an old ceiling stain, and there was no new leak. We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor the situation. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We look forward to welcoming future guests with an even better experience.

difficult check in

The condo was great. Clean and great view of beach. Only 8 stories tall so beach and pool less crowded than high rises around us. Check in was a mess. Had to go to office and get info and codes from lock box. Couldn't check in till 5 pm. Traffic on hwy 59 was very heavy. Took a long time to get there. Would have been so much easier if codes could be texted to me and other info sent my email instead of having to drive to office

Hi, thanks for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a simple, standard office check in process, as that's also the only way to pick up your parking permit(s). We did send your check in info at 3pm too, so we got it to you for early check in. Our offices are also on the way to every condo, so it's conveniently on the way. Thanks again.

Great location and fantastic condo!

The check in office was very easy to locate off of the main road leading into Gulf shores. Ample parking at the the complex too. Never had a problem with that. The condo itself is spacious, very clean, and well updated with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable too! The view of the gulf is fantastic, and the condo is only a short drive from everything. Great location for a family trip! Just a heads up, there are no beach chair rentals, so be sure to bring those and umbrellas and you’ll be set.

Good place with a great view.

The place was overall clean, but the floors needed a good cleaning. Also the master bedroom bed could be replaced, along with the vacuum. Other wise it's a great place with a great view.

We enjoyed our stay. Great beach location. A few issues inside. Mold mildew smell under AC vent in master. Heavily stained master carpet. Saw a roach in master bedroom on check out day. Brought my own Clorox wipes to wipe areas down on arrival. Light switches were quite dirty. Seems lights switches would be in normal wipe down for housekeeping.

Great Location!

The condo was great for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens & 2 toddlers) . It was clean and well furnished. The beach side pool was perfect. The property is literally only steps from the beach. And the location is absolutely perfect. It's on the quiet end of Gulf Shores but only a stones throw from town center - shopping, restaurants, parasailing. We would definitely stay here again.

Not very clean and a broken towel rack.

Thee couches need to be replaced. There was something sticky on the couch. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms was broken. Other than those two things everything was fine.
