The designated rooms for this rental are inside a house and are partitioned for privacy. Renters have a dedicated front door entry to the rented partition. No interaction with home owner unless requested by phone. House is located in a very nice upper class and friendly neighborhood in Wolf Ranch. (Rate can be reduced if the renter is interested in only 1 bedroom.)

Booking includes a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room, office space with desk and monitor, and a kitchenette. One of the 3 bedrooms and its bathroom are located on the main level. The 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, office space, and a kitchenette are located on the lower level. Bedrooms have comfortable beds reviewers always gave high positive reviews for comfort. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, and coffee. The spacious living room includes furniture, a dining table, a TV, and family games. The entire lower floor is included in the rental.

The rented rooms are in a house conveniently located within 2 miles to Target, King Soopers, Lowe’s, gas station, bars, various restaurants, and hospital, elementary and mid-school. Miles of a beautiful walking trail. Beautiful lake and parks within a 10-minute walk.

Parking:
parking is available on the driveway and street.

Accessing the rooms inside the house is through the front door as a Private entry for the booking. Owner doesn’t use the private entry. There is a smart lock on the front door. Before the first day of your visit, the owner will send a temporary code with instructions will be provided to unlock the door.

Absolutely amazing

My family and I came to Colorado Springs to visit family. Daniel was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was clean and the kitchenette was stocked coffee, kitchen items, cleaning supplies. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths for the 5 of us staying. All we had to get was some groceries and we were set. The king bed was so comfortable and we slept great! I will definitely come back!! Bonus it was 5 minutes from my brother in law's house.

We didn’t realize the location was downstairs somebody’s home. Found a dirty sock in between the sheets that were also dirty. Restroom could’ve been cleaned before arriving. Overall the whole place could’ve been cleaner. Host was very kind and friendly.

Everything thing was very clean.

We had a friendly reminder about quite time the first night at 10:15. We were talking and laughing so we felt like we had to be lights out by 10:00 . We are senior's so it worked out. The upstairs is not closed off very good, so noise carries easy.

Good but can be better

A great place, clean and close to many amenities. The only negatives is the hosts slowness response to queries. The stove and microwave is kind of hooked to a power breaker I don't know why. Kept cutting off while warming food in the microwave or cooking something on the stove. Very frustrating. Because of that, I'll give it a 3.5 or 4 rating out of 5.

Home away from home

My family visited Colorado Springs as part of our vacation. (2 adults, 3 kids ages 10-16) This home was perfect for us! We had room to spread out and relax. The small kitchen was handy to prepare a little bit of food. Our host was very friendly. This house is located more on the North end of Colorado Springs, so it was a little bit of a drive to some of the big attractions like Garden of the gods and Pike's Peak, but worth it for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely accommodations

This newly renovated rental space was prefect for a weekend getaway. Large bedrooms, double vanity in the bathroom, and very spacious living room. Kitchenette had what we needed for simple breakfasts and take out (no oven, but had an electric double hot plate). This is a rented space in someone's basement, and the owner was very hospitable. There is not a private entrance or a door for this space in the basement, but the owner was respectful and welcoming. We would stay here again. Thank you, Daniel!
