The main level flows openly from the dinning room through kitchen and onto the great room without separation. The upper level has two master suites, along with an office work station. Ultra modern kitchen with full stocking, both Bosch and Miele appliances. Great room with 75 inch TV and Sonos sound. Master Bed with 50 inch flat screen, private garage with 30 amp. Full washer and dryer full wifi

Labor Day beach week

The La Jolla beach home is lovely and comfortable. The house is almost new, and the owners have assured that it is fully equipped and well maintained. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the narrow sand and rock beaches near one of San Diego’s premier surfing spots are gorgeous. Like many other beach houses, this one has several flights of stairs and the garage is a tight fit. But there appeared to be ample open street parking in the surrounding blocks. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the roof deck were our favorite everyday wonders.

The Perfect Vacation home

Look no further.....if you want to stay in La Jolla- Windansea Beach area, this is the place to stay. The house is new, clean, tastefully furnished and the roof top deck is magnificent for sunrises and sunset - or just reading a book. The house is steps away from the beautiful Windansea Beach. Better than we expected

Everything was pretty seamless and owner was very responsive and available although we didn’t have a single thing to ask. We had a great time and the rental is virtually brand new with a great kitchen, bath and roof deck. Location is about a mile from the village. We really didn’t have any negatives and everything was very easy. We’d recommend and would stay again.

Property Review

This was an excellent property in an excellent location. Great for families. However, it is not a property that older people should rent (75 plus), as there are numerous stairs and the beach is hard to access with rocks to navigate between the stairs and the water's edge.

Our family had the best vacation. The property was very clean and made us feel like we were truly at home during our stay. It is conveniently located to the beach, little cafe, bagel shop and little farmers grocery store. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO places and this is at the top of our list. Thank you Brian!

Absolutely stunning

The pictures do not do this property justice. The space for a vacation rental was so surprising and welcoming. My family and I have stayed at several VRBO’a and this property is simply stunning. From the amazing kitchen, master suite bathroom, hello steam shower!!! And surprising roof top deck. Hello for some zen moments. Thanks for sharing your vacation rental with our family. We loved it!
