This clean, modern, stylish condo is a great place for you to relax and partake of all the best that La Jolla has to offer. It's just a short 1-block walk to Windansea Beach; walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short ride share or bike ride to quintessential La Jolla Village, with its many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques.

A beautifully furnished outside patio, with lots of comfortable seating, is accessible via sliders from the main level king master bedroom. The patio has a beautiful seating cluster with a fire pit and barbecue - wonderfully convenient if you wish to rest, relax, or have a meal while you watch the sunset.

The main level king master bedroom has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a beach chic queen bedroom adjacent to the front entrance with its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

This home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed in this condo. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your comfort.

The 2nd level showcases a beautiful great room with a living room area with beach chic furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a peak ocean view. A dining area for 4, plus a kitchen bar with 3-high top stools, ensures that everyone can eat together inside.

A bright, modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with 3 high-top stools, has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun!

Beautiful beach walks and amazing sea life are just a short 1 block walk away. And it is very likely you will see some beautiful sunsets - or at least the ever-changing colors of the evening sky.
