Serene Owner Managed Cottage, tucked away in a quiet wooded environment with all your needed amenities included.

Experience the pleasure of nature with only a 10 min drive to downtown Knoxville/UT. Day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains make this cottage perfect for vacation stays and a 1 night stop by for traveling guest. This two bedroom, one bath home features Nectar mattresses, French linen sheets in summer, organic cotton flannel sheets in winter, with organic cotton blankets year round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with organic spices and teas, RO water system, and natural/organic snacks. A comfortable living room with 50" flat screen TV, and small table for dining is provided. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, natural shampoos/soaps, and organic cotton Turkish towels for rejuvenating one's self. Relax on the deck for dinner, stargazing, and your morning coffee. A charcoal grill is on site and a 28 day maximum stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The host was friendly and checked in when I got there and later on during the stay. The whole place had a peaceful vibe with all the little extras that make a place special like cold water in the fridge and diffuser in the bedroom. Locations was great! Itā€™s like a little oasis right outside the busy part of the city. I could get to the convention center within 12 minutes. It was also exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend and will check this place when we are looking at coming for a football game.

The house was in excellent condition, very clean, very convenient to Knoxville, just far enough out of the city to hear the birds in the early morning as they wake up for their day. I highly recommend staying here, Ms. Kathy is an excellent host.

Absolutely wonderful host and lovely property. The best stocked kitchen Iā€™ve ever seen in a rental and lovely deck surrounded by beautiful shade trees. Plus great location that feels very rural but is also very convenient to downtown Knoxville. The only comment I have is a bit of advice (not a complaint) that I wish I had known: the shower head in the only shower is directly in the middle of the shower ceiling. Itā€™s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. So plan to bring a shower cap if you donā€™t want to have wet hair. Otherwise, absolutely perfect stay!!
