Incredible location, everything you need to be at home in the kitchen, water pressure very good, very quiet, very comfortable bed and hide-a-bed, outstanding response from host when called, gas fireplace added to overall sense of comfort . We just loved this place and are planning /hoping to stay here on our annual trip next year.
Convenient to Old town and the wharf. A lot of stairs but was fine for us. Reasonable quiet. You will love the chalcolite factory across the street. Near to some very good restaurants. Businesses were hosting trick and treat and fun to watch the kids going from store to store having fun.
This was a very nice place but it needs some updating. The mattress upstairs needs replacing. A few light bulbs are out. When I asked for pillowcases we discuss it and I did without. Awesome location & nice places to eat & walk the board walk.
This is a great location to explore the area and enjoy the harbor and old town. It was very clean and had a kitchen well stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal. Bring your earplugs to sleep because the music from the club in the building behind the apartment is loud pretty late. The coin operated laundry is not great and the parking is a bit confusing with the apparently recent changes. Lots to love and just some little annoyances.
Clean and easy walkability to shops and restaurants. However, it can be quite noisy at night, which made it hard to keep windows open—especially with no A/C (a fan is provided). The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and there were more unhoused individuals in the area than we expected, which added to the nighttime noise along with a nearby music venue (we happened to book during a weekend with heavy metal concerts).Overall, a clean and well-located spot with nice extras (foil, ziplocks, full length mirror), but be prepared for some noise and a bit of a haul from parking if you tend to overpack like I do.
The unit was nice and conveniently located to Los Bagels and Jack’s Seafood.
Overall good experience with the unit and communication with the owner. I recommend that people avoid the Dunes area of Samoa as my car was broken into there.
I love the local town vibes. Our units is located perfectly in the heart of our old town shopping and restaurants. We have tons of festivals that take place in this area making everything you need in walking distance
