Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your stay didn’t meet your expectations and that we weren’t able to find common ground during your visit. Regarding the noise - unfortunately, the aftermath of Hurricanes Helen and Milton forced us to remove several trees that had become a safety concern. We did our very best to limit the work to just two hours per day, only during daytime hours before 5 p.m., in order to minimize any disturbance to you and our neighbors. As soon as we received your message, we immediately stopped all work and returned the expensive rental equipment. It was a difficult decision, as those trees meant a lot to us. They brought life and shade to the property and were home to birds and squirrels, whose morning songs many of our guests have enjoyed. Nature is something we’ve always tried to preserve and share with our guests. As for the structure of the property - the listing does clearly state that this is not a standalone unit, and we never intended to mislead anyone. The photos and description accurately represent what we offer. Regarding the missing hammock - we would have been happy to set it up for you if you had let us know. As for the backyard, we do not leave it dirty; however, being surrounded by nature, some leaves and seeds are natural and to be expected. We do our best to maintain a balance between human comfort and the beautiful natural environment. Thank you for letting us know about the toilet paper and trash bags - once you reached out, we were glad to provide more right away. I’m sorry that you chose to leave early, and if you had reached out, we could have discussed a refund for the unused nights. Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and truly wish you all the very best in your future travels - filled with comfort, joy, and peace.
