Oceanside - beachfront: Amazing!

Wow! The apartment and the location are amazing! The Pacific Ocean is front and center! The view was stunning, the sound of the waves soothing and the breeze was delightful. The surfers put on a good show while we were there, and the sunsets were spectacular. The apartment was appointed very well, and comfortable for 4 adults. We had local family visit us for dinner and it was nice to sit at the Dining table for 6 and enjoy the view. Highly recommended!

Oceanside stay

Property was exactly as pictured.. beautiful location and easy access to everything.. would certainly stay again.. slight ding on washer n dryer not working

beautiful property however wouldn’t recommend for families with small kids. we had no issues but with that being said on the counter it was made known that the property owner of the condo has had issues with others owners having renters n this property. we enjoyed the sound of the ocean and watching the surfers from the deck.

Great Views!

The condo was nice, right on the water. Didn’t love the vibe of the neighbors, there were signs posted that this particular unit could not use the elevator or the garage access to the beach. There were notes posted inside the condo that said you could use these things, but knowing the neighbors disapproved let a bad impression for me. Would have been nice to know ahead of time you had to park across the street to get access to the condo initially until you could get inside the condo to get the remote to the garage. A simple note included with check in tips would have been great. Also had issues with the automatic lock, which eventually were resolved after someone had to come out and look at it half way through the visit. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio. Also note that the beach is really rocky, there is access to the beach (gotta be careful getting down there because of all the rocks) but it’s not what one would think when you think beach access. I do recommend this as a place to stay to relax and spend time with family.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and well-situated beside the ocean, offering a spectacular view. The appliances are high-quality and the kitchen is well supplied. While most of the unit was well maintained, the pillows provided were ripped and stained. I purchased two new pillows and left them behind for future guests. My issue was with the host. I waited nearly 2 months for a refund and the host was patronizing and insisted that I continue to wait. I contacted VRBO—who confirmed the refund had not been initiated. The refund was issued within minutes. Mistakes happen, but I did not appreciate the attitude. Entry instructions included a warning not to speak to condo tenants. I found the tenants to be lovely. The listing included garage access, but the remote did not work. Manual exit was possible but not manual entry. When I contacted the host, he appeared surprised. He never responded after that. Tenants reported that 4-5 previous guests had the same issue. There was no hot water in the 2nd shower & only lukewarm in the master. Tenants also said that this is a known issue to the host. Based on my experience, the host appears no longer interested in hosting guests. I was satisfied to pay the high cost for a seven-night stay but due to the host’s lack of engagement, I cannot recommend this property. Ultimately, guests must decide what matters most: if a beautiful condo with a view is the priority, but host attentiveness is not, this property may suffice.

Highly Recommended

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Love the set up with the master bedroom right on the ocean side. The parking space was convenient. The location was great. Beach access right there. Walkable to downtown Oceanside. Short drive to Carlsbad and Encinitas. Very pleased, overall. Improvement points (not major): Ice Machine was broken, washer/dryer inside the unit not usable, a few more beach items like multiple beach chairs and an umbrella would be a welcomed touch.

Ironman Event

Great time watching the Ironman event from our balcony. We loved the venue and the accommodations. It was definitely a perfect choice for the event and the ocean view was spectacular. We would recommend this place to all of our friends!

Perfect Beachfront Condo

My husband and I absolutely loved Lee's oceanfront condo. The pounding surf just below the deck made for a peaceful and romantic getaway. The kitchen was large and updated and the entire unit was exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and spacious, this quiet condo is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a serene oceanfront view without the noise and overpopulation of a resort. We loved our low tides walks on the beach and the garage parking was a big plus too. We hope to return soon!

Perfect rental for families

My family rented this condo for four nights. The location is perfect with beautiful views, easy beach access downstairs, and the pier just down the road. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The garage parking was a plus with not having to deal with street parking. We had one issue with the door lock, and Lee was very responsive with handling our issue in just minutes. We would stay here again.

Beach condo

Well appointed condo right on a beach. One issue was no washer/dryer in unit. Could use coin operated ones across the hall. Also a badly corroded shower curtain rod. A few ants in kitchen and baths. But overall still a good rental a on a beautiful location.

Wonderful Oceanside Stay

Our family spent 3-weeks here and enjoyed every day. The condo is updated, very comfortable, and close to downtown Oceanside. We would stay here again in the future!
