Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms — one with a queen and single bed, and the other with a queen and bunk bed — both opening to a semi-outdoor kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for relaxing, cooking, and enjoying tropical breezes.

Upstairs, the master suite features its own kitchenette and a small patio with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. With three full bathrooms, everyone enjoys convenience and privacy.

The place looked like a 3rd word barrio... the pool was full of algae and a dark forest green...could not get a hold of property manager.... we arrived and in 5 minutes we cancelled...we had 8 people in our party... which was confirmed by Orbitz...the only accommodation they had for us was a 5 bed house... 2 double beds and 5 bunk beds... Book it... you will be disappointed... nothing like the pictures...

When we arrive the one of the houses was not ready. We had problems with light in the bathroom.

The stay was not bad. The problem was that it stated on line that they were double rooms, but I was not clear that it was one bed. That caused problems. People want their own bed. Also manager did not explain when we first arrive about the service you provide. We had to keep asking her everyday for something.

Our beautiful property is located only 200 meters away from Playa Negra beach (less than a five-minute walk) and 2 km away from the vibrant town of Puerto Viejo. The property consists of nine villas surrounding a common area with a massive saltwater swimming pool, seating area, lounge chairs, outdoor communal kitchen, grill, wood-fired pizza oven, yoga deck (with great views of the surrounding greenery), tiki bar area, and fish pond/chill area. You can wake to the sound of howler monkeys and singing birds before a walk on the beach or yoga on the yoga deck. Additionally, our property is adorned with stone paths that wind through gardens of colorful plants and fruit trees! We often have bananas, papayas, plantains, and other delicious fruit set out in the communal kitchen for all to enjoy, all grown on the property
