2 bedroom/2 bath 2cd floor walkup unit, just steps to the private beach boardwalk. Light and airy with new flooring throughout the main living area. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, with plenty of space for dining. The living room provides an abundance of comfortable seating, including a sofa, for viewing the large, flat screen TV or simply relaxing. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, TV and leads to your en suite bathroom, complete with a step-in shower, bench seat and grab bar. The split-floor plan allows for privacy. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed. Extra guests can be accommodated with the Queen pull out sofa in living room. The tiny set can utilize the provided pack n play and highchair. The guest bathroom has been updated, including beautiful tile work. Perhaps the best feature of this amazing property is the expansive patio off the living room and master bedroom. Experience the ocean breezes in the southern exposure oceanfront corner balcony, while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. All linens and towels are provided and there is a full size washer/dryer for your convenience. High-speed internet is also provided.

Island South is located in the "non-driving" section of St. Augustine Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the downtown historic district. No Smoking and No Pets

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in the kitchen for easy meal prep. There are beach chairs and several beach toys provided. We do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard. There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
