❁ This adorable 1,300+ sq. ft. home comes with plenty of space and comfortable amenities!

❁ With 3-bedrooms and very comfortable KING, KING, KING beds. Roku TV in every room.

Kitchen:
❁ Kitchen comes with utensils, sugar, coffee, etc.

Bathrooms:
❁ Two full tub bathrooms.

Additional info:
❁ Wi-Fi, laundry. Pictures don’t do justice as they are non-HDR but maintaining clean linen, clean house and clean property is important for us! Fresh bedding and towels after every stay!

Small back porch to sit and relax with your friends and family. You will feel local by being few houses away from the beach and be able to walk up to the beach anytime. You can even hear the ocean in most quiet nights or see the night mist as well. We highly recommend early morning and late evening walks to further appreciate what Daytona beach is all about.

Apart from live in space - Daytona beach is a really unique and an amazing beach unlike other Florida beaches! The beach is flat & shallow for hundreds of feet without getting deep. The sand is soft, and beaches are well maintained and regularly cleaned on daily basis (No ugly seaweed or trash). Shallow beach is great for both kids and adults alike that love to walk into the ocean (Sit or swim) before water hits the chest line.

Note: Due to stairs, please keep an eye on kids & infants. We will provide baby gates for additional safety.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
❁ Max guest capacity overnight - SIX (6) EXACT guest count should be reflected in the booking regardless of the age.
❁ Max number of vehicles - 2 (3 per car). Maximum motorcycles are 5. Please contact us if different.

This zero tolerance rules when broken will result in immediate eviction. This is for safety and security of everyone including guests, home, neighbors and owners.

GUEST ACCESS:
❁ Guests are renting the entire home you see pictured in the listing. Wi-Fi , washer and dryer and 2 parking spots provided. While approaching the home - slow down and carefully go over the ramp to park.

GUEST INTERACTION:
❁ Caretaker available for urgent issues, definitely open to a chat, but we like keeping our guests enjoy their privacy and feel at home.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
❁ Next to Atlantic Avenue. Quiet area with negligible neighborhood to enjoy your own private stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
❁ Please respect the place as yours and leave it as clean as possible.
❁ Despite an old and a sturdy house, no jumping, running, or loud music or any abuse of the place. Loud vehicles should be kept tamed.
❁ Please rinse off all possible sand before entering the house, and dust off all possible clothing before using the washer and dryer.
❁ Being in tropical weather means a few bugs, insects and pests outside or inside. Nothing harmful, and while we strive to keep the house pest free, you may see them occasionally!
❁ House is only for the number of guests booked. Any additional guests beyond number of guests booked can automatically result in refusal of service and immediate eviction.

❁ Music, sound, noise complaint, should be immediately contained. They understand people having fun but they are also our friends and we want to ensure long term hosting as our goal to host many more guests.
