Unit includes 1 king bed, and a sofa bed. Resort underwent a recent full renovation a couple years ago inside and out.

Prime summer week within a very close walking distance to all restaurants.

This is a great place to enjoy all Newport has to offer, restaurant, activities, beaches, etc.

Convenience and a view in Newport

The entire process for booking and arrival at the property was easy and Todd was incredibly helpful and fast to answer questions. The unit was spotless, comfortable and private (single unit, top floor!). It was incredibly convenient for walking around Newport and made our stay so easy to have everything within a few steps. Having assigned parking was a huge bonus and made trying to manage a car in a central location painless. I would give this property more stars if I could!
